This condo comfortably sleeps six and has a great location in Old Town. You will never run out of things to do here. Prime location at the bottom of Main Street between Park Avenue and Deer Valley Drive. The bus stops in both directions in front of Park Station We are in the high frequency zone within the Park City free Transit system. The outdoor pool is currently closed for the summer season for renovations and is scheduled to open for ski season. Renovations in progress include 2 new hots tubs outside, outdoor seating and firepits. All scheduled to be open for the beginning of the2025/2026 ski season.
There is no need to have a car, however if you do bring one there are indoor and outdoor parking spaces available. The Town Lift is just steps away from the condo and takes skiers up to the Bonanza chair and bypasses the busy Pay Day lift at Park City Mountain base. You can ski back on the town runs at the end of the day or download back to town if you want. Enjoy Main Street with the wide variety of shops, restaurants and art galleries. There are plenty of activities for non-skiers in the family to enjoy.
The unit has Wi-Fi and a new Samsung Smart TV that includes comcast service for TV channels. The dining area comfortably seats six. The kitchen has newer stainless steel appliances including the following: Frigidaire Gallery electric range with induction cooktop and convection/regular oven, microwave oven above range, Bosch ultra quiet dishwasher and energy star GE refrigerator. Granite countertops with undermounted stainless steel sink and LVP flooring. New Calphalon cookware that is compatible with induction cooktop.
There is a queen sized sleep sofa in the living room.
The master bedroom features two queen sized beds, with Ralph Lauren duvets, all cotton sheets, a bistro table with two chairs, a 32 ' flat screen LCD HD TV with DVD player and a mini refrigerator . New wall-to wall carpeting. The Master Bath has been completely remodeled and has a separate vanity area with new vanity, granite counters and undermounted sink. There is a large tiled stall shower with glass shower doors.
The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be made up as a king if desired. It has an LCD Flat screen TV. New carpeting. The main bathroom has been completely renovated. New tile floor and tiled bathtub with new oak vanity and granite countertop with undermounted sink.
Park Station has a recently renovated indoor hot tub, sauna, locker rooms with showers, guest coin-op laundry, vending and ice machines in the basement of the building. This is in addition to the new courtyard renovation of the outdoor swimming pool & 2 new hot tubs scheduled to be open for winter 2025-2026. The courtyard will be closed and fenced off for construction from May through November in order to have the facilities ready for ski season. Once you try our location, you will never want to stay anywhere else in Park City. It is all right here.

We had an amazing stay. The condo and the facility were in excellent condition. The location could not be more convenient. The bus stop to get anywhere you need to go is directly downstairs and downtown Park City is right outside. The host was also incredibly helpful. She provided detailed information before our arrival which made everything seemless and she was super responsive, immediately answering any questions we had. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a family ski trip to Park City / Deer Valley.
The location is perfect - a quick walk to Town Lift as well as being in the stellar downtown area with tons of shopping and great restaurants. The property owner couldn't have been more amazing - great communication and very accommodating. We highly recommend this condo and look forward to returning ourselves.
Would highly recommend this property! Location could not be any better. We were a very short walk away from Town Lift which was very convenient. All shops and restaurants on Main Street are literally a stone's throw away from the room. My family enjoyed the hot tubs and sauna each night. Facility is extremely clean and you can tell it is managed very well by the HOA. Room was very clean and neat. Linda was great and she is very responsive and communicated well throughout the reservation. You will not go wrong with this unit.

My colleagues and I stayed during Sundance. We love the location and its close proximity to Main street and other screening venues. The host was clear and communicative and the listing was just as advertised. The beds were also very comfy. Would recommend!
Really couldn't ask for more staying here. Located at the start of Main Street, we were able to just walk out and get to everything Sundance related with ease. Would absolutely use this apartment again anytime I'm in town.

The condo is a 2 bedroom , very cozy space. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The owner was extremely organized and responsive. The condo is a 5 minute walk to the lift and the restaurants.

Condo location was as good as it gets right at the happening Main St. The condo was nice, slightly dated decor & finishing. But overall it was a clean & nice condo with an excellent desirable location

Glad you liked our location. We just finished a big renovation and replaced all flooring, doors and the fireplace exterior. We have updated lighting and repainted the entire interior. The bathrooms were completely redone a few years ago. The building was built in 1982 and there is nothing we can do to change ceiling heights in some areas due to the sprinkler system.

Great spot, great service
We had a great stay, and the condo was exactly as we had hoped. Couldn't be more convenient -- less than a hundred yards easy walk to the town chair lift. Linda was prompt and attentive in all the details, and especially we appreciated how she accommodated our timing on the day of departure. Thank you!

Great spring skiing!!!
We loved this condo and the location is perfect ..no rental car needed to ski all 3 Park City areas. Dealing with the owners could not have been easier and their home is beautiful and very clean..AND I have to add that I have never stayed in a rental with such a super-equipped kitchen..we had many meals there!!!! We'll be back....

Thank you. I am a professional property manager and have been renting my own vacation properties since 1984. I always seek feedback from my renters and try to equip the condo with everything needed for a great rental experience. I pass on the insiders info I have gained at Park City to provide for the ultimate ski vacation.
After booking our stay, the property manager was in contact with us and confirmed all of the details of our stay. The property manager confirmed with us two weeks before our visit and sent an information packet. The day before our stay, the property manager provided an update, and on our arrival everything was good and we an amazing stay.
My sister and I took my two sons, 9 and 13. We loved the location!! Boys were able to hop on the Town lift with ease and then when they were tired they skied down and went to the condo. We walked most nights to dinner and for shopping! The condo itself was perfect! Plenty of room, kitchen fully stocked, clean, plenty of towels, etc...We would absolutely stay here again!
Location cannot be beat. We have travelled to Park City for the last five years during the holidays and have been happy everywhere we have stayed- this experience was an excellent location in terms of access to the slopes and downtown. The owner is extremely communicative and accessible. The condo itself is fairly dated with very small bathrooms, low ceilings, and older carpet throughout.

Park Station Condominiums were built in 1980- 1982 and 8 foot ceilings were standard at the time. The building has concrete slabs between floors and there is nothing an owner can do to raise ceilings, particularly in the bathrooms and hallways where the HVAC ductwork and the sprinkler system plumbing are located. The size of the bathrooms cannot be expanded due to pipes located within the adjacent walls that run through all four floors. All of the 80 units at Park Station have the same restrictions. Our bathrooms were gutted and renovated completely in 2014. The online pictures we posted on VRBO would not leave the impression that the bathrooms are anything other than what they are in size. The carpet is four years old ( in a unit only rented four months of the year) and replaced every 5th year. We have replaced all the furniture within the same five year schedule as the carpet. Other newer condos can be found in the town lift area with 9 foot ceilings and spacious bathrooms but at a price that is likely double what the rent is on a Park Station unit.
Great place to stay, and the best VRBO host we've ever had. The condo is on Main Street right by all of the restaurants and stores. The ski rental place and lift is a minute walk - very, very convenient - and Collie's is right across the street for a little Après-ski. It was great. Condo was clean and was very well stocked with cooking supplies and everything else you need to enjoy your stay. We had never been to Park City and didn't realize how big the area was. We really wanted to be near historic Main Street for all of the restaurants, and this place was perfect for that. Highly recommended!

All the reasons you list are why we purchased our condo looking at all the different neighborhoods in Park City. The location can't be beat.
Staying “in town” made this vacation special! Four adults - plenty of space. Walk to “town lift” is easy, and ski valet made it even better. Although the heated outdoor pool was not open (maintenance issue), the hot tub is where it is at post skiing. The bus service in and around town makes having a car an option (we had one, but really did not need ine). Linda was so responsive, and pleasant to work with. Recommend this place for sure!

I have been coming to Park City Utah once a year for the past six years and every time I have stayed at this wonderful Condo. It has a great open floor plan that easily sleeps 6 with two large private bedrooms. The condo still has a cozy and relaxing atmosphere for being so large and the fireplace is a welcome respite after a day of skiing. The kitchen is fully stocked and quite spacious which makes it a joy to work in.
The location could not be better! It is at the bottom of the main drag for Park City and just a short 2 minute walk to the Town Lift right into Park City skiing. The owner has always done a great job at referring us to wonderful restaurants and ski deals.
I plan on coming here every year!

Why they chose this property
We have been skiers for over 45 years and taken at least one annual western ski trip over the last 30 years to a variety of resorts in the US and Canada. We decided to buy a condo in Park City because it is so easy to get to, so close to the SLC airport and we love the diversity of terrain offered by the two ski areas closeby and the 4 other ski areas in the Wasatch front. We chose Park Station because it is next to Main Street and we love the variety of restaurants, night life and shopping as well as the fact that we are a short walk from the Town Chairlift at Park City Mountain Resort. We were pleasantly suprised at all there is to do in Park City in the off season. The golf courses, the hiking and biking trails, the nearby fishing and boating on the Jordanelle Reservoir were bonuses we didn't anticipate.
