We are experienced hosts of 5 years and live in the country but close to the cute town of Battle Ground Washington. The home is modern and beautifully furnished but the real enjoyment is the 1 acres of waterfall and watergardens. there are trails with benches to stop and enjoy the surrounding and the patio with adirondack chairs and firepit are a great way to have morning coffee or evenings around the fire. We live on the property also, and enjoy the company and are always available when needed.

it's a beautiful neighborhood with horse properties and views. Close to Battleground, with Alderwood Park nearby. Alderwood Park is a Private lake, pool, creek, hiking trails, pedal boats, train rides, miniature golf, pirate ship, Pink Lemonade fountain, and moreLocal, but country setting. Many guests stay for the summer weekend car shows. The City of Battleground is only 30 miles from Portland and the airport. The community enjoys and thrives on the abundance of natural surroundings and recreational activities. Located between the Pacific Coast and the Cascade Mountains, Battle Ground offers many parks, lakes, streams, and forested areas that provide a multitude of recreation activities.Totally private, easy to get to and owners love having guests and are always available.

This property has a one of a king 1 acre aquatic area with a 30 foot waterfall and rivers, ponds, walking trails and strategically places sitting areas. You can floot on the pond or sit on the beach to enjoy the waterfeatures. The apartment is modern and beautiful with 1700 sq ft. Living room and family room with 3 bedrooms, 2 fireplaces and tvs in most rooms. Separate heating, cooling and hot water heater. It's country living at it's best in this beautiful neighborhood of horse properties and views, close to charming Battle Ground, The property is private and peaceful with owners available when needed.
