We have maintained strict cleaning standards since we began our business. We don’t let any detail slip through the cracks. The time allotted to the housekeeper is doubled so that she can take the time to do everything properly.

Sheets are changed with every reservation, even if they haven’t been used. The bedding is protected by covers, which are themselves washed regularly. Bath and hand towels are changed after our guests depart. Walls, doorknobs, light switches, and outlets are cleaned after each guest’s departure.

To ensure we provide you with clean and healthy accommodation, I personally clean each of my properties once a month. A quality check to verify again and again that everything is in order.

The house rules have been tightened due to the issues that COVID has caused.

- Reservations for parties and gatherings
- Reservations for drug use
- Reservations for prostitution
- Reservations to sublet to minors

These are all reasons why we must now be even more vigilant.

To this end, we ask every guest for the reason for their reservation. Far be it from us to intrude on your privacy or deprive you of your fundamental freedoms. This is simply an additional precaution.

I enjoy welcoming guests in person. However, for late arrivals, a secure key box is available so you can check in on your own.
A few days before your arrival, I’ll send you instructions to make your check-in as smooth as possible.
