In a quiet area of Carnac, near the Ménec alignments and on the edge of the pine forest, Carnaquinta is an ideal house for holidays with family and friends.
The beautiful beaches of Carnac are accessible by bike (3.5 km) and the surfing beaches of the wild coast are 10 minutes away by car.
The centre of the town and its shops are 1.5 km away, 5 minutes by bike.
Thanks to its location near La Trinité sur mer and Quiberon, it will allow you to experience a relaxing, sporty and iodized holiday.

THE HOUSE

Absolute calm and discretion in the property. Architect's house of 240m² in a landscaped park of 2500m². The house was renovated in 2022.

Very spacious living room, opening onto a large terrace and swimming pool. Equipped with TV and connected speaker. Fireplace and pellet stove.

4 large bedrooms including 3 suites with en-suite bathroom. New and high quality bedding. 3 recent bathrooms with 3 showers and a bathtub.

Children's equipment: two cots, 1 table chair

Workspace with desk

Equipped kitchen refurbished in 2022: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, 2 coffee makers including 1 Nespresso, kettle, 1 American fridge. Baby high chair. New and quality equipment.

1 laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
4 toilets, 2 of which are independent

WIFI allowing the simultaneous work of several people

GARDEN & OUTDOORS

- Large, very quiet garden of 2500m² with terrace of 100m² very sunny until sunset. Large garden furniture, parasol, for 10/12 people. Weber charcoal barbecue.
- Large swimming pool 12m long and 4 to 6m wide, chlorine-free (salt) treated and heated water. Electric safety curtain. Six deckchairs.
- Heated outdoor jacuzzi for 6 people
- Enclosed outdoor shower, for swimming pool and beach returns.

Kiosk, water feature at the bottom of the garden.

ACCESS & PARKING

Access to all the accommodation except the garage. A few private cupboards locked.
Possibility to park up to three cars in the courtyard.

In high season (July and August), we offer stays of a minimum of 7 nights.

You will be welcomed by the Conciergerie des Menhirs (Céline).

Great stay

This is a great house with a lovely peaceful garden. It has everything that you need for a relaxing holiday. We loved the pool and jacuzzi! It is an quick drive into Carnac and we found some easy trails to run just down the road. Our host Cèline was very helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend by us.

Spectacular trip

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. The children loved the provision of so many games and were delighted to discover the pond at the bottom of the garden complete with frogs! Every day started with a visit to the pond to lie on the bridge and wait for the frogs to emerge! We loved the pool, and the outdoor shower is a big bonus. It was a shame that we could not get the hot tub to warm up - nor could the manager. We would have liked some more instructions for the house - how to use the Bluetooth speaker, what to do with rubbish versus recycling - but these were little things. What was missing on the VRBO listing and which we believe is being fixed, is the fact that sheets and towels are not included in the price of the listing. The house has a very well equipped kitchen and we loved having so many bedrooms and private bathrooms. The house is perfectly situated for easy trips to Carnac, Quiberon, Auray and Vannes - there are so many wonderful places to visit nearby. All in all, a wonderful holiday. Thank you
