Its prime location offers a breathtaking view of the sea from the terrace, where you’ll have the chance to admire a stretch of ocean beloved by surfers for its waves, as well as the small island of Téviec.
Plus, the apartment is located on a quiet street.

Cross the dune to relax or enjoy the activities the ocean has to offer.

RECEPTION

Marie from Ty’Accueil, your on-site concierge, will welcome you to the property and can help make your stay more enjoyable. Please contact her before your stay to arrange a meeting time for your arrival and departure.
She will be available throughout your stay to assist with any requests (sheets, towels, housekeeping, babysitting, a stocked fridge, etc.)
Marie can welcome you starting at 2:00 PM, depending on availability and any cleaning that needs to be done. If you’d like to arrive earlier, feel free to ask her.
Marie can welcome you until 8:00 PM. After that, you’ll be charged 10 euros per additional hour (until midnight).
You must vacate the apartment by 11:00 AM. If you’d like to stay later in the day, and if it’s possible, feel free to ask (you’ll be charged 10 euros per hour)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Duvets and pillows provided.
Cleaning is not included: request this option from Marie no later than 24 hours after your arrival (70€) — to be paid on site
Bed linens are not provided: please request this option from Marie no later than 24 hours before your arrival (€20 per made-up bed and €5 per bath set—small and large towels plus bath mat)
If you arrive after 8:00 PM, you will be charged €10 per hour for this service
If you wish to check out after 11:00 AM (10:00 AM in the summer and/or if cleaning is required), you will be charged €10 per hour, subject to availability
