schönes Feriendomizil

Die Vermieter sprechen ein ausgezeichnetes Deutsch, sind sehr freundlich und bemühen sich sehr um ihre Gäste. Die Wohnung ist vergleichsweise klein, aber es ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Für drei Personen (zwei Erwachsene und ein Teenager) oder eine Familie mit zwei kleineren Kindern ist der Platz ausreichend. Leider gehört kein Parkplatz zur Wohnung, aber wir fanden immer einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus oder in der Nähe. Der Hauptstrand von Carnac ist sehr schön und sehr nah (Strandpromenade ist die Parallelstraße), so dass man schnell mal schwimmen gehen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Que du bonheur !

Un nid douillet au cœur de Carnac plage. Tout en étant très au calme , nous étions à proximité de tout . Mes enfants et moi même avons passé un magnifique séjour . Annick et Armel nous ont accueillis avec une grande bienveillance, soucieux du moindre petit détail pour notre confort . Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir . Nathalie , Julien , Adrien

Bon emplacement

L'atout principal de cet appartement est son emplacement proche du centre. Dans son jus, cet appartement à tout le minimum pour s'y sentir bien. Un lave linge n'aurait pas été de trop mais il me semble qu'il doit arriver.

Très bons contacts avec les propriétaires, propreté irréprochable, locaux très biens adaptés pour un couple, vaste chambre principale en mezzanine avec un lit king seize. Un seul bémol en raison d’une vue partiellement occultée par un imposant immeuble.

Accueil très sympathique (malgré notre heure tardive....) bouteille de cidre et far breton !!! Location très fonctionnelle, confortable et idéalement située à côté de la plage et des restaurants et boutiques. Des visites sympathiques à proximité (alignements, Quiberon, Auray....). Séjour vraiment très agréable

Une réservation de dernière minute qui nous a beaucoup plu. Les propriétaires sont réellement adorables, la description et les photos sont totalement conformes. C'est avec enthousiasme que nous recommandons cette location car nous avons pu apprécier la plage et la ville de Carnac, mais aussi des promenades à Vannes, Quimper, Concarneau, Lorient... Nous y reviendrons avec plasir

Un super séjour passés à Carnac en famille dans ce logement très bien situé et équipé comme il se doit. Propreté des lieux très agréable. L'appartement est idéalement situé près de la plage et des commerces tout en étant calme (à condition que les voisins le soient aussi ;-). Chambre double très spacieuse en mezzanine, petite chambre pour enfants en bas. Literie impeccable, appartement très propre et globalement bien équipé pour une location de vacances. Bonne connexion WiFi. Suggestion : une table un peu plus grande sur le balcon pour pouvoir y déjeuner ainsi qu'une chaise longue seraient les bienvenues. Enfin, un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité par mail et téléphone !

Impression mitigée

Points forts: La situation proche de la Grande Plage et le calme de la résidence. Points faibles: l'exiguïté des locaux, en particulier la chambrette à deux lits. L'équipement rudimentaire de la cuisinette, dépourvue d'un égouttoir et la surface de cuisson trop petite pour y recevoir les ustensiles de cuisson. Le fonctionnement souvent aléatoire du Wi Fi, nécessitant de fréquents redémarrage du routeur. Et enfin l'impossibilité d'utiliser le garage, en raison de sa situation et de son exiguïté, convenable pour une petite voiture mais inutilisable pour une grande limousine (j'avais une Skoda Superb). En définitive, cette location convient à un couple, éventuellement avec 1 ou 2 enfants. En outre, le rapport prix/qualités n'est guère favorable en comparaison d'autres propriétés bien plus spacieuses et situées dans la même rue.

Wir (2 Personen) haben 1 Woche in diesem Appartement verbracht. Alles bestens. Insbesondere die Lage des Appartements: 2 min zum Strand; Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe und gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
