The accommodation is located in Chaparon Lathuile, a pretty village at the end of Lake Annecy just 800 metres from the lake.
The rental is part of a large house consisting of two completely independent dwellings.
You have direct access to a fully enclosed private garden, with two terraces, one of which is covered with garden furniture.
The duplex is composed of 3 large bedrooms:
- A master suite on the ground floor with bathroom, separate toilet, large dressing room and television
- The other two bedrooms are upstairs with shower room and WC
The three bedrooms are equipped with new and quality bedding 160 x 200
The living room and dining room are air-conditioned if required.
The cycle path that goes around the lake is only 500m from the rental (where you can rent bikes), there are many departures for walks next to the house, canyoning, paragliding and all water sports.
In winter, the ski resorts are nearby, less than an hour away, Le Semnoz, La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand, Crest-Voland, Les Saisies, Megève...
Shops 5' by car, and 15' by bike.
Parking of vehicles on private road in front of the house.
As renting is part of a condominium, festive events and nocturnal noise are prohibited.
Attention:
-Bed linen is 15 euros per bed and towels 10 euros per person
(Pillows, duvets and protectors are provided by us as well as cleaning products)
-The end-of-stay cleaning fee is 120 euros mandatory
(However, the routine maintenance of the duplex remains provided by the tenant, the rental must be returned in a normal state of maintenance: rubbish emptied, dishes and appliances cleaned, refrigerator emptied, barbecue cleaned).
-Only one well-behaved and kind dog accepted after agreement of the owner with supplement (max 25kg) of 60€ for the stay.
