We loved our stay here. Perfect location with our young children. Easy to walk to in 5min from the train station as well.Had all the amenities we needed a grocery store 1 min walk away.

The house is lovely and clean and super close to everything in the old town and to the lake. The kitchen is fantastic and has everything to allow us some home cooked food. The beds are very comfortable and the house has a welcoming feeling. Our two teenagers liked having their own space and good wifi! Our lovely hosts allowed us a later checkout when our train times were altered which was greatly appreciated. Thank you- we had a great stay!

Amazing location and wonderful hosts. From the time we booked, the communication was excellent. They gave tips on everything from parking, to local activities, to food fare, to where everything was located in the apartment. We did not have to contact once during our 8-day stay because everything g we so clear prior to our arrival. I HIGHLY recommend the stay here. Beautiful city and beautiful people!

This was exactly what we were hoping for - somewhere in the heart of Old Town Annecy, with lots of room for our family.The apartment was in excellent condition and thankfully well stocked with fans to help deal with the heat.

Annecy was a town we booked on a whim and are so glad we did. The apartment was an amazing backdrop from which to explore the town. Being from the US, it definitely gave a European vibe we were seeking. Note the steps with no lift and that there is no AC. There were many fans, however, and AI helped us figure out how to maximize their placement for the best airflow. Our three young daughters (5, 10, and 11) also loved the apartment and area. I’d highly recommend renting a boat to explore the lake and surrounding area. We would love to visit again!

This apartment was very nice. Can’t beat the location, right in the heart of so many activities. There are restaurants right outside the door. Short walk to the lake and park and gardens and shopping and grocery store. The kitchen was fully stocked. Apartment was spacious and nicely decorated. Situated in a very neat old building. To be aware of: parking is not free but it is pretty close Highly recommend staying here, we didn’t want to leave

This apartment was amazing! It was in the heart of the old town which was exactly what we wanted. The place had everything we needed with tasteful and comfortable furnishings. The owners were lovely and easy to reach if we had any questions or concerns.

Beautiful spacious apartment stylishly decorated and very comfortable. Perfectly located in the centre of the old town and close to everything, even train/bus stations. Easy walk. BYO tea bags and milk. If raining need to close windows which limits any fresh air. Rooms upstairs are hot and stuffy but fans available in each room. Easy access up to 4 flights of wide stone stairs but be mindful if have heavy luggage. Parking station nearby about 2 minutes walk. Our favourite accommodation in France!!

Located in the heart of the old town. Close to everything. Very clean and comfortable. 3 bedrooms. Great for a family. Only drawback is the 4 flight of stairs. But it keeps you in great shape while dining in wonderful restaurants.

Perfect spot

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in the beautiful old city, close to great restaurants, and bakeries. It’s an easy walk to the lake/swimming which the kids absolutely loved. Highly recommend renting a bike for a ride around the whole lake and discovering other swimming spots.
