Sleep over 12 guests with multiple beds and gathering areas inside and out. Accesa to a front porch, back patio with seating areas, upstairs balcony and lower dock picnic table. Your own private dock for night fishing and to dock your own boat. BBQ pit on-site for your added convince.

Great location and space

Gread place super clean and modern. The layout was super nice we especially enjoyed the great backyard and awesome couch with multiple recliners.

Port Isabel Fun

Our multi-generational family group had a great time staying together in Port Isabel. The house was perfect for our group. We made full use of the boat lift and fished 4 mornings during our stay. Fishing off the pier at night with the younger kids was also fun. The house was very clean and well supplied. We made good use of both kitchens as they were needed for our hungry group. We will definitely consider staying at this house again should we be in the area.

Wonderful stay... better than description!!!

Everything about the home and custom dock with boat lift is very new. There is lots of privacy from neighbors and back yard is fenced in for little ones. We used the fish cleaning table on the new dock plenty. There are automatic fishing lights too. It was like renting two houses in one. Each had it's own bath, full kitchen, living dining 4 bedrooms combined and large screen smart TVs. Internet was reliable and there is also good cell coverage. Our host was quick to reply with any questions and very friendly. We highly recomend and will definitely stay again on our next visit.

This home is perfect for multiple family members. If you want a relaxing time close to the island this is the place. Also close enough if you want to enjoy the Island. Will definitely be booking again.

Great for 2 families!

Everything about this property and this location was absolutely perfect for us and our trip was amazing for it. We are very happy we decided to stay in Port Isabel and drive to visit South Padre rather than stay on the Island. The house had everything you would want or need and more, beach theme, nice finishes in all the rooms, comfortable beds and sheets and towels, great location near Walmart and restaurants, plenty of parking… I would never stay in a hotel or condo on South Padre Island itself with this house as an option. Like I said everything about the house was above and beyond in general, but what really made it even better for us was that we were two families vacationing together and the split house with dividing door allowed the perfect mix of communal areas and private areas. We could cook and eat in our own space or together, we could hang out in our living room or together and of course the two separate bathrooms were a must as well. Lastly the private dock allowed us to park our seadoos right in the backyard pretty much and take them out to the gulf whenever we wished, only a short ride through “Modern Venice” and no messing with trailers or putting in or parking. Tons of fishing opportunities and tons of dolphin sightings for us. Arron was an amazing host and has an amazing house in a perfect location.
