→ This multi-level property requires 1 step to enter. 1 bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms are located on the 1st floor, while the remaining bedrooms are on the 2nd floor
→ Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 exterior security camera located at the front entrance, facing outwards toward the driveway, a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera located at the back door facing the back door entrance, and a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera is located at the side entrance facing the side door entrance. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion while guests are in residence
→ The pool takes a summer break from heating during the warmer months (May until August). Don’t worry though — the sunshine usually does the trick! 🌞 If you have any questions, we’re always happy to help.
Pet Friendly:
→ A pet fee of $100/pet per stay will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately. We allow up to 2 dogs, each weighing no more than 50 lbs. Please let us know in advance if you'll be bringing pets. We kindly ask that pets stay off the furniture, beds, and out of the pool. Undisclosed pets will result in a penalty fee.
