THE POOL IS CURRENTLY CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

This charming two-bedroom pet-friendly condo is perfectly located on the north end of Amelia Island just two blocks from the beach. Guests are encouraged to explore the island, a 10-minute (2 miles) bike ride to Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach to enjoy restaurants and shopping, 3 3-minute bike ride explore Fort Clinch State Park and only 5 minutes to Egan's Creek Greenway.

Upon entering Sunny Daze guests are greeted by a fresh and comfortable space. The main living area offers plenty of seating and a flat-screen TV. The dining room designed for six opens to the back patio where guests can sit, relax and listen to the ocean waves.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials including cookware, utensils, a crock pot, a bullet, toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker.

Also located on the ground level is a half bathroom and full-size washer.

Directly upstairs is the master bedroom equipped with a King bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, and a private balcony. The bathroom is a shower/tub combo. The guest room has a Queen bed and Twin bed.

Fresh linens, towels and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and one sponge.)

Two parking spots and an outdoor shower are available.

An additional $200 pet fee is required.

Lovely and lively location

We have been vacationing on Amelia Island since 2018. Previously, we have stayed in locations on South Island. This time we decided to stay on North Island. It is a wonderful area near the beach, Fernandina (town) and Ft. Clinch. We had easy access to all these areas by bicycle. I would highly recommend staying here.

Nice quiet little Condo/apartment in an absolutely great location, 3-5 min walk from the beach and at least one restaurant. The property needs a little TLC but it's nothing that would stop us from staying there again the next time we visit the area. Overall for the price you really can't beat it.Lastly we decided the day before our trip that we wanted to come a day early and since the property was available the management team was able to accommodate us very quickly.

Great place!

This property was just as listed online. Excellent communication with host. This townhouse had a well stocked kitchen and lots of storage through the place. Very homey and welcoming. Comfortable beds. A short walk to the beach was what we were looking for and this location was excellent. A wagon is provided which we took advantage of. Close to trails and a State Park for riding bikes. We would definitely stay here again!

We so appreciated the fact that the unit was pet friendly and Teddy loved looking out the windows at all of the activity. The location could not have been better. Thank you!! The team at Moore rentals is just the best. Family owned and they were so responsive. Whenever something needed attention it was taken care of. The phone was answered or calls returned when we needed them. Dana goes above and beyond and she is very knowledgeable about the island. We needed 3 different rentals over the course of 3 months while we looked for a house to buy. Moore rentals could not have been better and we specifically did not want to do an ABNB.

Over all was pretty nice place to stay close the the beach.

Over all was pretty nice place to stay close the the beach. Only problems we had were dishwasher never started ceiling fan in master bedroom made weird noises on high and upstairs floors made noises. The stay was great but never meet anyone other than threw emails
