The condo was wonderful! Clean, spacious and less than 3 minutes walk from the beach. The complex was also clean and well maintained. Being able to go back and forth from the beach to the complex's pool was also a treat.

Absolutely wonderful!

Really enjoyed the stay. The outside of the building is nothing remarkable, but the inside of the condo is very well decorated and felt very upscale yet homey. This property is very close to everything we wanted to do. We will be back for sure!

We decided to go to Amelia Island for a quick, back to school get-away. This was the perfect spot! Enough room for my wife and I and our 2 kids. The location was great and the owner even left us a $20 gift card to Salt life Restaurant. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

The condo is beautiful and exactly what I expected! Growing up, a family friend had a condo in these same units, however I hadn't visited in the last decade or so since they passed. Coming back to the complex felt like being at home again, and we loved the unit! Everything was extremely clean and we were so glad to be able to bring our dog Denali with us! It takes less than 5 minutes or so to walk to the beach, and a quick drive away from downtown. Also, because of how close it is to Fort Clinch, you can sit out on the patio and watch the wildlife, we saw deer, tortoises, cats, and rabbits while sitting out there.The only note I'd like to make is that there are a dozen or so stairs to get up to the unit, just something to be conscious of if you have mobility issues or senior dogs

Good GA/FL place to sleep

We stayed on Amelia for the GA/FL game. We pretty much just need the condo for sleeping and it did just fine. We did reach out to the host the day before to see if we could check in early so we could drop our stuff off but he did not respond until we were already making other arrangements the day of check in. We were able to check in at noon so we were thankful. Place was clean and as described. Fit 6 people just fine and the entry/exit process was pretty easy
