Our spacious, charming and well-appointed beach cottage is the perfect setting for your next vacation. Come and see all that Destin has to offer.

EVERYONE NEEDS A LITTLE VACATION - COME AND ENJOY OUR TRANQUIL SETTING AND GORGEOUS WHITE SAND BEACHES.

The sugar white sands and emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico are beautiful any time of the year and we know that our luxury home has just what your family needs for peace and relaxation.

Spend your days relaxing in the sand, working on your tan, or floating in the warm, salty water of the Gulf of Mexico. When you are not spending time on the beach, go for a swim in your own private pool. Relax on your private patio and read a book and sunbathe.

You are a quick 5 minute walk from the beach. We love our home and are excited to let you fill it with more joy, laughter, and memories!

With both a main house and a guest cottage, there is ample room for everyone to spread out. Our home is situated on a large lot which will afford a feeling of peace and seclusion while in the back yard.

Enjoy the coziness of our beach community - everything you need is just a short distance away - shopping, world-class beaches, golf courses, and exceptional dining.

MAIN HOUSE:
The main house is a 2 story, 2200 sq ft 4 bedroom / 3 bath home. There is one bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and a full bathroom including a large walk-in shower. The upstairs holds the other 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and opens onto a balcony. There is an en-suite bathroom with shower and double sinks. Bedroom 3 contains a queen bed and bedroom 4 contains bunk beds with a pull-out trundle. The living and dining area look out onto the 12 ft x 4 ft heated pool (heated on request). Our fully equipped and large kitchen is perfect for comfortable cooking with your family.

All bedrooms and the living room have a TV.

GUEST HOUSE COTTAGE:
The guest house is a 400 sq ft oasis situated next to the pool and features a queen bed, kitchenette, sitting area, and bathroom.

Rates to heat the pool:
October - November & March - April: $350/week. December - February: $375/week.

GOLF CART AVAILABLE (Overnight fees will be adjusted to include golf cart at your request):
Enjoy the gulf breeze in a Street Legal Low Speed Golf Car. No hassle to pick it up as it will be here waiting for your arrival. Take it to the beach or drive it down the beach road, which is about 6 miles in length. The minimum age to use the golf cart is 25. The maximum occupancy for the golf cart is 6.

We are dog friendly with a maximum weight of 25 lbs and a maximum of 2 dogs. 1st Pet fee of $25/night..2nd Pet an additional $15/night. This rate is taxable.

Spring Break 2022

We had an excellent stay at the beach house and are already talking about booking it again next year. Very well stocked property, excellent communication with the owner/manager, and easy access to the beach and local restaurants. Great time had by all!

Destin Vacation

My family enjoyed this cottage during our stay in Destin. House was very organized and spacious for any family gathering. Alisa would always reply right away to our questions. Deff recommend. Only thing was that pool was a little dirty but otherwise everything came out great :)

Host really needs to check on rental

The house was pretty clean, however we paid 450 for golf cart rental and it only went in forward did it go in reverse. There was a broken table in the landscaping in the front yard. The garbage disposal wasn’t working and had a very bad odor. When we arrived the back door to the home was standing wide open anyone could have been hiding or stolen everything in the house. Again I really think that the host needs to visit this home and check on everything more.

This place was a disaster from the beginning. There was a couch in the driveway, it belonged in the main living room, so we didn't have a couch to sit together as a family. Also, the couch was in the driveway our entire stay, so embarrassing. The light switches are labeled but don't all work. There's only one key for one lock out of a total of 4 locked doors and it only unlocks one of them. None of this was mentioned beforehand or upon arrival. Needless to say, we were locked out. I reached out to the owner who belittled us by stating it was common sense to check each lock. So if you stay here, you can't lock the pool house and if you do, the owner will make you pay to have a locksmith come out stating that there is no key for that door and it's not her problem. Surprise, it cost us $150. The shower in the pool house fills up with water, the toilets clog up. The pool is dirty, the shrubs are dead. The bricks around the pool are not secure. The white fridge is covered in nasty rust stains. The towel racks fall down and the slats on the bed fall causing the mattress to collapse with a 30lbs toddler is sleeping. Because of the couch, we were given access to the golf cart for free but all of the other incidents happened afterwards and we were not compensated or refunded, not even an apalogy. The new couch was supposed to be delivered within a day and never arrived. We took an L so you won't have to, pay to stay somewhere else.

We are very sorry you had such a negative experience Janet. All of the information for the house including information on the pool house and keys was sent to you prior to your stay. You locked the key into the pool house and it was the middle of the night when you tried to reach us leaving us no choice but to contact a locksmith as our cleaning crew is sound asleep at 2 am. It is the only door that uses a key as stated in the booking confirmation hand-out. Sadly our sofa was damaged by a special needs adult who had an accident on the sofa requiring it to be replaced. Due to COVID we experienced shipping delays but did our best to be accommodating to you. Had you mentioned the other issues we would gladly have sent someone to address any and all of them as we are always doing our best to satisfy our discerning guests and all your concerns have since been thoroughly addressed.

This beautiful home was perfect for our stay . It was comfortable , stocked with everything you could think of and aesthetically beautiful . The location was amazing and host was incredible . This is definitely worth every penny ! You need to book . You will NOT be disappointed . We will definitely be back ! Make sure to book early because it will fill very quickly !

Great house, great location

As Destin goes, this location is as good as it gets. The house is lovely, pool is great. Owner is incredibly responsive and friendly. Only complaint is the HVAC / smart thermostat that kicks the air up into the high 70's/low 80's during the day and takes hours to cool off in the evening.

Beautiful Home

This is a beautiful modern home. I can easily say it exceeded our expectations. It has everything you would need for vacation and is only a short walk away from the beach. The private pool and pool house was a nice bonus.

We didn't hear anything from this guest during her stay. (Check in was actually on 5/10 not 5/9). Our guests on another platform both before and after Chelsea gave us 5 stars. We always welcome constructive feedback as we work extremely hard to maintain our property (upgraded both the beds and the cabana house this year, new pool heat pump, and new AC unit) and would have gladly assisted Chelsea (and any other guest) with concerns they would have brought to our attention.
