Welcome to your home away from home. Linwood Manor offers a large open layout, perfect for entertaining but with plenty of quiet spots to relax. In addition to having all the comforts of home, snuggle up on our large section and enjoy the breathtaking views of the white mountains.

The large master bedroom has a king size bed with working fireplace. The master also includes its on small living room to sit back enjoy the views or watch tv in front of a crackling fire. Looking for family game night? Our home comes with table tennis, a foosball table and several board games. The large backyard is perfect for grilling or star gazing.

In addition, we are just a few mins to Woodstock Brewery and local restaurants in downtown North Woodstock. In the summer, enjoy a hike up Flume Gorge/Franconia notch, take a dip in the Pemigawasset River or bring your tube to do some tubing. In the winter, we are just 10mins to Loon, 15mins to Cannon, 20mins to Waterville Valley, and only 5 mins to the ice castle.

Our home offers you all the amenities you could ask for, all in one place. Welcome to North Woodstock!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please remove put all trash (including all bathrooms), and recycling in the side entrance barrels.
Recycling: aluminum cans in 1 bag and glass and plastic in another.
Place all used towel in tub. Put everything back where they were found.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Max 5 cars parking and can't block neighbors. Do not use neighbors driveway to do U TURNS. DO NOT drive down the dead end street: PRIVATE property
Quiet hours 10pm-8am. We have quiet neighbors. Subject to immediate eviction and no refund. Cameras/monitors on exterior of the house.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our celebration weekend at this beautiful home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to gather. From the moment we arrived, it felt welcoming, comfortable, and perfectly set up for a large family group.The house itself is spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed so everyone could spend time together while still having room to relax. The common areas were perfect for meals, games, and late-night conversations, and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked for cooking family dinners. Every bedroom was comfortable, and everything was exactly as described in the listing.Kim was a fantastic host —responsive, helpful, and clearly committed to making sure guests have a great experience.Our entire family agreed this was the perfect place for our weekend!

Ice castles

My sister and I took our 7 kids to the ice castles. Plenty of room for all of us. Huge kitchen with everything we needed. Plenty of games like pool table and ping pong. Beds were comfortable. Close to literally everything from shops dining and the ice castles. We had such a great time.

Ski Stay

The property was tucked away just enough for privacy and easy access to skiing, restaurants, and other activities. Everything was pretty much 5-15 minutes away. Instructions were clear and the owner was easily accessible. The unit was a little dusty though and one of the 3 showers looked/smelled moldy. No complaints otherwise and would stay again.

Love the kitchen area

Place was great for a large group. the kids (ok i’m getting old as the kids are in their 20s) where mostly in part of the house playing Xbox, table tennis, pool. And is older folks enjoyed the large tV room and kitchen area. Cooking and being able to chat with everyone after a day in the Mnt was such a great time.

Terrific space for large family gathering. Separate sleeping areas ideal for families with children. Game rooms spacious and entertaining. Tubing and proximity to the river and town a plus for broad age range. Property needs better cleaning and upkeep/updating.

Enjoyed North Woodstock

We enjoyed the area very much and found this house to be spacious and accommodating to our party of 8. The house was comfortable, the rooms are a good size and there were enough bathrooms for all. The kids loved the ping pong table! The only thing I will say is that the kitchen cabinets were sticky to open - the doors need to be cleaned thoroughly and it was very difficult to wash dishes in the sink because the dish sponge was so old and so gross. We looked and looked and could not find a new one. Other than this our stay was enjoyable, Thank you!

Lots of potential once renovation is complete

Yard is not tamed. We did not venture out to try to use back yard for campfire as pictured. Interior of house is clean, large, lots of room to spread out. Appliances are all new. Neighbors are hostile to the rental use of this property. Should you intended to do so, there is no way middle schoolers and young teens can safely bike to anywhere from this house and no where to store bikes (or probably ski gear in winter.). Path in picture is a car ride away. Convenient location to good hiking and other activities. Easy walk into nearby shops, eating. Only lighting is cans lights in ceiling, no reading lights.

Great Stay

Property is large and spacious enough for a big family of 13! My family and I enjoyed the large kitchen area where we could all spread out but be in the same space to chat and have dinner. Ping pong table was a huge hit. Just enough bedrooms to fit us all, even with one room down with a broken AC. Some areas of the home could’ve been cleaned better prior to arrival but we managed. Overall we enjoyed our time and had a lovely experience with Kim as she was very responsive and even allowed an early check in!

We had a great stay at Kim’s house. The location is excellent and conveniently located to local restaurants and Loon. The house is large and very comfortable for a group of adults. Good communication, would stay here again!

Spacious house

The property was much bigger than expected and could easily sleep 10 people. It had modern updates and the ping pong table was so much fun. The only negative side was a musty odor in some of the rooms. There were a fair amount of rules and so this is a better choice for a quiet group who can read and are willing to follow rules.

Why they chose this property

Our house is conveniently to amenities and I-93 and RT3. Just a few mins to Pemigawasetts River, Woodstock Brewery, and downtown shops/restaurants. We offer a gorgeous view of Franconia Notch and breath taking sunsets over the mountains.
Within miles of major ski resorts and hiking trials.

This is a great home for anyone that wants to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Bring your family, make amazing memories in our home and around Woodstock.
Ideal for a nice getaway in to the mountains in a QUIET neighborhood.
We would like to note that THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!! We are excited and welcoming to our guests, but if you are looking to have a large gathering, this probably is not the best place. We have neighbors and we must respect their peace and quiet as well. No loud noises or disturbances between the hours of 10pm and 8am.
