We had a great stay! Very comfortable for our growing family and it was safe and enjoyable for the kids (ages 5, 4, 1, and infant). The porch and patio area are a big highlight, as were the available baby gates and crib.

David is a #1 EXCELLENT host! From the beginning step of applying for this rental to checking out was flawless. David stayed in touch via emails throughout once we were accepted to rent. When we first arrived, we walked throughout the house to get oriented to the layout and WOW! it was immaculate and had a family feel. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking and eating wares. The bedrooms were each amazing!Our family has a reunion of sorts every year at the NH SCOT Highgland Games and Festival at Loon. We were married at the top of the mountain 9 years ago! We have a growing family and this house is a perfect fit for us.We will always request David's property rental again!

This was our second stay and everything was just as great as the first time 2 years ago. Plenty of room for 3 couples and 3 children (ages 4, 2, and 11 months). This property is one of the best we’ve stayed at. Everything is clean, kitchen is stocked with everything you’d need. We love the fact that 3 bedrooms have king beds with en-suite bathrooms. The listing and photos are accurate. We also loved the brand new patio on the lower level. Location perfect for visiting the Lincoln area. We will be back !!!

Another wonderful stay!This was our 2nd year at this amazing house with great space. There was plenty of room for our multi-generational family to spread out, as well as gather as a group. The house was very clean and well cared for. The location offered great proximity to Loon for skiing or for swimming at the Health Club. Dave was very responsive to questions and was easy to work with before and during our stay. We highly recommend this house and hope to return next year!!

Great communication with David. The house is amazing and has everything you could need. We utilized the pool at the resort and the staff was very personable and welcoming. Recommend this house to anyone interested in staying in Lincoln and/or Loon Mountain.

This house is large with lots of room for people to spread out. The balcony is huge with incredible views from all angles (the best views in the area, in my opinion). The kitchen is beautiful and is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The building construction used all high-quality materials so you really feel like you are in a luxury resort. I would highly recommend this home for a vacation or large family gathering.

Family/friends Trip

Overall great weekend getaway. We went with two other families to enjoy some winter fun and the house was in a great location! Tons of space for 3 families to spread out and very clean! Would definitely stay here again!
