Perfect house

We stayed here for our week family vacation, and some friends joined us for part of the trip! It was plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids (2 2 year olds, 4 year old and 1 year old) the kids loved the house and the location was perfect for our kids to ride the bikes on the road! Definitely recommend for your trip! The house was also very clean upon arrival!

Perfect family vacation

The house is just perfect for a family beach vacation for 2 weeks. Super clean and well equipped and a short 5 min walk to the beach (not crowded at all). Close to grocery, ice cream spots and all you can wish for. Donna has also been very reachable and reactive. Couldn’t wish for a better spot!

Holden Beach 2024

This was our third time staying at A Sight for Shore Eyes, and it did not disappoint. The home works out great for us, as we could spend the mornings at the beach, the afternoons relaxing in the pool. We have already booked out fourth time at the home for 2025.

Beautiful home in Holden Beach!

We enjoyed everything about our visit to Holden Beach. This house is beautiful and the owners have thought of every amenity and convenience. It was very easy to communicate with the owners and instructions were easy to follow. Also, the beds were very comfortable! Any group would really love this home - kids, families, or a group of adults.

Fantastic Week

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was clean and included things that other properties have not had on previous visits to Holden Beach (beach chairs, beach towels, and wagons to move items to the beach). The owner was in great communication with any info that may pertain to our stay and even left a welcome gift for our trip. The pool was a hit for all the family after mornings and afternoons on the beach. Thank you again for creating an amazing space for us to vacation.

Great weekend getaway with Friends

The house was great for our group of 8 friends to get together. Everything was clean and it was well equipped with linens, towels, cleaning supplies, beach chairs and coolers. There was a gas grill and a fully stocked kitchen too which was perfect for us because we love to cook. Just a few blocks to walk to the beach and the outdoor area and pool were great for us to all hangout. Everyone loved the house and we would definitely recommend for a small group and families with kids too. Easy check in/out. We had a perfect weekend. Thank you!!

REALLY ENJOYED THE POOL AND LIVING AREA. NOT SURE WHERE THE 3RD "FULL" BATH WAS (AS ADVERTISED) OR THE TV'S (PLURAL) WERE. WE HAD 6 FAMILY MEMBERS STAYING SO IT WAS NOT A ISSUE BUT IT WOULD BE TOUGH FOR FAMILY/NON-FAMILY. WE HAD A GOOD TIME.

Hi Tom - I'm really sad to see your review for 3 stars, which is our first ever review of less than 5 stars. Under facilities and across the majority of the listing we mention "TV," but I do see in one area of the description, I mistakenly mentioned "TVs." I have fixed this. Our listing specifically mentions that the 3rd "bathroom" is an outdoor shower, but apologies for the confusion. The photos are also 100% accurate in showing just one TV in the living area and 2 full bathrooms. After our open communication ahead of your arrival, It's disappointing that you didn't reach out about the TV expectation and bathroom confusion, so that we could have clarified and made things right. I sincerely hope your family enjoyed the beautiful beach, weather and precious time together at Holden Beach! To clarify for others: We have had many groups of 9 people (families, as well as groups of friends) and no one has ever voiced an issue with there being one TV/2 bathrooms with outdoor shower. I hope this doesn't sway other renters from "A Sight for Shore Eyes." Please reach out to us with any questions or concerns!

First Class Accommodations!

This was our first family vacation. The house was perfect for us. It was big and spacious, beautifully decorated, and located in a quiet street and in walking distance to both the Intercostal and the beach. Many of the restaurants are in either walking distance or just a short drive. The kitchen was well equipped and comfortable. We loved the in-ground pool. The water was crystal clear. A has BBQ grill was provided for outdoor cooking. Beach chairs, towels, cooler and even a wagon was available for use and much more. We highly recommend this property for your next vacation.
