The well-equipped kitchenette has all the basics needed to whip up delicious meals and snacks such as a mini-fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and pans (no dishwasher), and a bar top with several stools. After skiing your day away, come back home to snuggle on the sofa or armchair in front of the wood-burning fireplace and catch a game of your favorite team on the TV. The baseboard heat unit will keep you warm during chilly winter days as well. The main and only bedroom has a spacious closet, baseboard heat, and a convenient bed-side drawer. The full bathroom has a shower and baseboard heat. Guests of this lovely condo will be granted access to a shared indoor pool, hot tub, BBQ area, and laundry facilities. Free high-speed WiFi is perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming.

This convenient home away from home offers a location minutes away from skiing at Winter Park, less than three miles and a half away. The Lift bus stop is right by the building, which is a free shuttle that takes you to the Winter Park skiing area. The Fraser river trail is a few yards away for explorers. Endless dining options and a grocery store await within walking distance. Downtown Fraser is two and a half miles away where you'll find plenty of outdoor activities, a tubing hill, an ice skating rink, convenience stores, and more!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
