The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please return inside/outside furniture to original place. Furniture should be left in the same placement it was found upon arrival.
Dishes can be left clean on the counter or washing in dishwasher.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO LOUD NOISE OUTSIDE AFTER 10:00 PM, no screaming or loud conversation by the pool. This is a residential area and the neighbor will be calling us.
Outside: We have 4 Ring video cameras installed outside of the house located on each side of the house for security and safety of our guests.

My name is Luiz Simoes and I am originally from Brazil but moved to this wonderful country 27 years ago. After 11 years in Michigan, I decided to leave the cold weather and move to Austin where I became US citizen and I am proud to call it home.

I have 6 kids (32, 29, 26, 15, 15 and 13) and love to be with them as much as I can along with my bull terrier.

Love to cook Brazilian style steaks and seafood, passion for photography and starting to learn woodworking.

I just can't stop learning and working!

Why they chose this property

I have recently added this property at my own VRBO listings, although I have been renting it since I bought it in 2015 along with my wife Amy Simoes through this site. In July 2021 I completely remodeled the swimming pool, decks and added a new hot tub.

My 2 vacation house rentals are next to each other in a 4 acres lot and they are closely managed and maintained by myself. As a matter of fact, I respond to all questions and concerns personally. I am used to travel all over the places and I have high standards for what a rental should include and how it should be presented, so I make sure the properties appear upon your arrival as they are featured on the website. As a matter of fact, we often have guest arrive and claim that it is much better than they imagined.

I want you to feel at home during your stay and I am happy to accommodate special requests, if possible.
