Our rental is located in a tourist area: Vannes, Sarzeau, Guérande, the Brière Park, Rochefort en Terre, La Gacilly, Branféré Zoo, the Caden golf course, the Breton islands and the many beaches and plenty of restaurants for different budgets.

For your arrival in our absence a key box is provided, the beds will be made so the necessary towels available
At the beginning of your stay, you will be asked for a deposit of 200 euros returned in full if no problem has occurred.
