Charming Green apartment 20 min from Toulouse

Travel is a passion for me and exchanging with people from different countries and cultures makes me very happy, that's why I offer you my green apartment for your stay in Toulouse. The apartment is located in Colomiers, very close to the Airbus sites and only 20 minutes from the city centre of Toulouse, and very well served by transport (train, bus). I ensure the quality of your experience, there are several indoor plants in the apartment to refresh your air.
The accommodation
The apartment is refurbished and is ideal for a couple, with children for a trip to Toulouse or on a business trip. If there are children, please let me know so that I can prepare the necessary (booster seat, high chair, board games could be lent on request). The apartment has a panoramic view of the Pigeonnier de Colomiers park. It is on the third floor of a small residence WITHOUT lift.

- A large bedroom with a comfortable bed (1m60 x 2m)

The apartment is equipped with reversible air conditioning (hot and cold), and for your comfort, I provide you with the following equipment:

Other remarks
The cleaning fees cover towels, sheets, cover, and the cleaning of the apartment in accordance with Vrbo's health rules, hence the very modest sum of 16e. Thank you for returning the apartment to me in the condition you found it. All you have to do is empty the rubbish bags, vacuum and put away the used dishes.
The apartment is non-smoking, if you wish, please smoke on the balcony and thank you in advance for your understanding. Parties are forbidden in the apartment to respect the area. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
