"Ponyhaus" - wooden holiday home in Swedish style right by the sea

The 'Ponyhaus-Hohwacht' is a very nice wooden cottage in the 'Sweden style' with 2 floors in a preferred, quiet location of Hohwacht. Only approx. 250 m to the Baltic Sea and approx. 250 m to the forest. A supermarket is approx. 150 m away. The house has a spacious living / dining area with fireplace and open kitchen, bar, hot-air stove with ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, juicer, blender, etc. Furthermore, the living area with a 40 inch LED TV with satellite reception, pay TV, high quality stereo system incl. Blu-Ray player and AirPlay. Free wifi. A large bathroom with toilet, bathtub with whirlpool, a separate guest toilet, two bedrooms each with a French double bed (width 1.60m and 1.40m), one of them with 32 inch LED TV with satellite reception and Blu-Ray player, Balcony, terrace and garden with garden furniture and grill complete the beautiful furnishings. A parking space incl. Carport is available on the property. Rental all year round. Bed linen and towels included.



Pets are allowed by arrangement with us. Smoking is only allowed outside the house.
