Dogs are welcome.
The luxurious “MEERzeit” holiday home on Fasanenweg in Hohwacht offers all the amenities and sleeps 6 in a prime location near the beach. A large garden with a terrace, a private sauna, and thoughtful, well-designed details make a holiday here a truly memorable experience!
This beautiful holiday home is just 600 metres from the Baltic Sea and the sandy beach. Restaurants and cafés in the immediate vicinity are also within easy walking distance.
The dog-friendly beach, where four-legged guests can also fully enjoy the Baltic Sea, is just a short, approximately five-minute walk away. The house is therefore perfectly situated for dog owners as well.
Families with children will find an adventure playground at the same distance, inviting them to run around and explore. The resort beach begins right next to it.
The supermarket with a bakery is also just a five-minute walk away, so all amenities are within easy reach.
With 117 square metres of living space, “Haus MEERzeit” is particularly spacious.
Floor-to-ceiling windows and doors ensure that all living spaces are flooded with light.
Up to six guests will find numerous high-quality and exclusive design details here. Inside the bungalow, you’ll find a large, tastefully furnished entryway with a separate coat closet and storage space for shoes. There’s also a feeding area for your four-legged friends.
The living room is cosy and inviting. Large windows let plenty of light into the room. In the summer, blackout curtains provide protection from the sun; when it’s dark or in the winter, they offer privacy. All guests can gather to relax on the comfortable couch set. A cosy armchair with a footstool also invites you to linger. Here, just as in the rest of the house, modern design blends with a cosy and homely atmosphere, allowing guests to feel right at home during their holiday. The flat-screen TV provides modern entertainment options, while a wood-burning stove offers cosy and soothing warmth, especially during the colder months. Of course, Wi-Fi throughout the house provides internet access.
Adjacent to the living room, the dining area—featuring a large extendable dining table where all guests can gather for meals together—complements the cosy atmosphere. The built-in kitchen itself is high-quality and fully equipped. It features not only a ceramic cooktop with an oven and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, but also a microwave with a grill function, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker, and plenty of dishes and silverware for all guests. A dishwasher takes care of the dishes. In addition, all the kitchen utensils you’d expect to find in a beautiful kitchen are provided. Here, cooking and baking become an experience even while on holiday.
The bungalow has three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms each feature a French bed (140x200 cm). A sliding-door closet with four drawers, a valet stand, and a luggage rack complete the furnishings in each of these two bedrooms. The third, larger bedroom features a double bed (180x200 cm), a large wardrobe, a sideboard, a chest of drawers, a luggage rack, an armchair, and a flat-screen TV—ensuring you’ll want for nothing here either.
From here, a patio door leads to the secluded inner courtyard with the sauna house. Guests are asked to bring their own sauna towels or can rent them from the holiday rental agency for a fee. The log cabin/sauna house features a cross-trainer for your fitness routine. A ping-pong table with accessories is available for your use in the garage.
Two bathrooms, each featuring floor-level showers, toilets, bidets, two sinks, and one with a beautiful bathtub, allow multiple guests to use them at the same time—a feature particularly appreciated after a day at the beach. Attractive tiles, plenty of towel racks, and storage space round out the bathrooms. Of course, each bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer and accessories, as well as a makeup mirror.
A small utility room houses a washing machine and a clothes dryer. A folding clothes rack, ironing board, and iron are also available.
The terrace has an inviting design and is attractively furnished. Of course, no Baltic Sea holiday would be complete without a beach chair, which has its place on the terrace. Trees, a lawn for sunbathing, and the use of a grill round out the idyllic outdoor area, creating an oasis of relaxation. The garden itself is surrounded by hedges and a fence. This allows even small children to play outside and in the sandpit. Your pets can also roam freely on the fenced-in property. There are two parking spaces directly on the property. Motion-activated lights ensure you can enter the house safely even after dark. Outdoor lighting on the south side (living room/patio/kitchen) creates a cosy atmosphere in the evenings.
