Un bon endroit près du lac et une maison agréable. Mais peut être victime de son succès. Bonne literie mais ameublement un peu sommaire. Chaises métalliques et canapé pas terrible. Plusieurs ampoules grillées. Vaisselle basique. Décoration moyenne.

Découverte d'Annecy et ses environs

Notre hôtesse Laure a gentiment fait suite à nos demandes pour l'arrivée et le départ du logement. Nous étions 2 couples avec un bébé. Nous avons apprécié les équipements du logement (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, 2 chambres spacieuses, 2 salles de bain, 2 WC séparés) et l'accès au jardin privé et sa terrasse.

Pflege mangelhaft, ansonsten gut.

Die Wohnung ist abgewohnt. Als wir ankamen war die Wohnung gerade gewischt, kalt und es zeigte sich sofort die mangelnde Instandhaltung. Warum hat man nach dem Wischen nicht einfach schon mal die Fußbodenheizung eingeschaltet? Irgendwie funktionierte das Wesentliche zwar, aber lose Tollenpapierhalter, eingeschlagene Innentür, Plastikabdeckung auf dem Tresen, fehlende bzw. Defekte Beleuchtung insbesondere im Bad, ….und richtige Dreck überall, wo man nicht mit dem Staubsauger ohne Weiteres rankommt zeigte den wichtigen ersten Eindruck. Schade, denn die Lage ist gut, die Küchenausstattung ist komplett

over het algemeen is het in het huisje goed vertoeven. alles is aanwezig wat je nodig heb voor een mooie en goede vakantie. als nadeel is dat er weinig zon in de tuin is dit is in het naseizoen wel een dingetje. als je in de zon wil zitten moet je voor op straat zijn. Ook zou er een nieuwe tv in de woonkamer niet misstaan die er nu staat daar zijn de speakers van kapot.
