Immaculate 1 level home with private back yard + fire-pit + air hockey & parking

Completely renovated 3 bedroom home 0.8 mi from the square! 2 King Size beds and 1 Queen.

Walk in the door and drop your bags, no need to run to the store for basics. The house is stocked for your entire stay.

Ping Pong Table in playroom can convert to Air Hockey Table or regular dining table to seat 6 people. This is a huge hit with any group that stays in the home.

Kitchen is fully stocked with any cookware you could need + all the extras like paper plates, zip lock bags, plastic flatware, cups, alum foil, spices and oils. We also provide unlimited toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, washing machine pods, Bounce sheets, dishwasher pods + a welcome basket with s'mores essentials.
Graduation banners on outside front posts for May 2026 included.

This is our 2nd home, used sparingly and always professionally cleaned after any stay. This home has been in our family since 1994 and we love to share it with guests. The home is self managed (no rental agency) and we take pride in making sure it is proactively maintained to the highest level. Our main home is only an hour away so we can easily address any maintenance.

There is a carport plus parking available for 2 vehicles in the driveway + free on street parking. Professionally landscaped and maintained.

3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms! The endless hot water tank means no one will take a cold shower. Plenty of plush towels and washcloths for everyone in your group.

Large Smart TV’s in all rooms - 5 TV’s total! Apple TV & Remote in Living room and Main King Size bedroom.

A large open kitchen/ living area with double doors that open to the private back yard with 2 outdoor speakers.

Indoor and Outdoor sound system work together with your music app.

Grill & outdoor fire pit (starter log & firewood included).

Living room with 70” TV, ceiling speakers. Amazon Prime is loaded on all TV's for convenience to quickly turn something on. Other apps such as FUBO, Netflix, HBO & Disney are loaded, just login with your account.

High speed AT&T internet, WiFi and Cat5 hookup in all bedrooms and main living area for direct computer connections.

Retaining wall in backyard was completely replaced in Summer 2025.

House is prepped for emergency situations and always has items such as lanterns, flashlights, large first aid kit, extra water and more.

Professional pest control 4 times a year.

Disclosure - security cameras on exterior front of home and in carport.

The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and submit a copy of their drivers license, agree to house rules and sign rental agreement.

Perfect Place for a Family stay in Oxford

This property is beautiful, comfortable, and spacious. It was a perfect place for our family to celebrate graduation, but would work well for couples or families for any weekend get together in Oxford. Heather, the host, was incredible in her communication. The home had all the amenities we would want, great street, and plenty of parking. It is also really conveniently located to stores and a reasonable walk to the square. We would absolutely stay there again!

Heather has thought of everything to make your stay seamless!! She communicated all of the details, and provided many extras such as coffee and ponchos! We were in town for the Morgan Wallen concert with our teen daughters and we definitely chose the perfect house. Don’t hesitate to book this property! It’s perfect!

Great house. Great location.

We have stayed at numerous VRBO's and even own two ourselves in Breckenridge, CO and this was the best one we've ever rented. For starters we were provided with a manual with how to 'ENJOY" the house, not a book with a ton of rules on what not to do. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, décor had an England theme including a turntable with records of all English artists (super fun), the firepit was stocked with firewood and a complete smores kit. We enjoyed our stay and have already booked again for a football game in the Fall.

Perfect Oxford Home

We loved our stay at Warren Place. The home is set up perfectly with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, very cool living spaces both inside and out plus a fabulous well stocked kitchen. The home was just fully remodeled and it's beautiful! I wish we had more time to use the outdoor living space with the fire pit and swings. The ping pong table in the second living space with real record player was a huge hit with the kids! We will be back for another stay soon! This will be our go to VRBO in Oxford!

OMG OXFORD FIND

I hesitated to post this because I don’t want this house to book up. However, the owner was no nice that a review is simply in order. The house was perfect and you could see the thoughtful touches everywhere which serve to make your stay extra comfortable. We have two daughters at Ole Miss and will certainly be back - Well Done!

Stayed During Move In!! The Warren Place VRBO is absolutely the best . I want to say a huge Thank you to Heather White the VRBO owner and host!! Their VRBO was perfect!! Beautiful inside and out!! We loved it!! And she could not have been more helpful…. We were moving in from California and she let us ship all of our packages and I mean LOTS….to the house and supplied us with move-in tips, tools, dolly… Everything we Needed!! Heather and the VRBO are the BEST!!!

Amazing Stay in Oxford

We traveled to Oxford to join our Ole Miss junior for our first Egg Bowl. This home was by far the most well appointed short term rental we have ever stayed in. Nothing is overlooked, including the much needed rain ponchos for the game. We will visit again!

Fantastic Oxford Stay

This home in Oxford exceeded our expectations. Everything was delightful from the moment we booked our stay. The space was well-designed, comfortable, and so much fun (The ping pong table saw a few matches). great rental experience in Oxford! The property was decorated and designed just perfect. Adorable Home in great location-

Spent the weekend here while visiting our daughter at Ole Miss. The house is beautifully decorated and offers all the comforts of home. Beds sleep extremely well. Fire pit along with all the ingredients to make s’mores was an added bonus. Highly recommend the home as it is very close to The Square. Heather is wonderful and very accommodating as we needed a later check out after a last minute flight change. Will definitely stay here again.

Our best experience in Oxford

We had a great weekend and this rental was big part of it. We were three adult couples (all OleMiss parents) and had a bedroom each, two couples shared a bathroom and we were all comfortable The house has been recently remodeled with high quality materials and finishings. Decor style is impeccable and kitchen is equipped with everything you might need for a weekend or week long stay. Details such as welcome care packages, umbrellas in case you need them (fortunately we did not), brand new grill, Keurig coffee maker, Ninja blender, and more. Easy driveway, good for up to 3 cars. Heather the host responded right away to all our questions before we decided to rent. House is locateds in a quiet street, about 15 minutes, safe walk to the square. We will definitely stay here again.

Oxford, NS College Visit

We stayed in Oxford, MS last weekend for parents weekend at Ole Miss. I have to say we found a gem. Newly remodeled and amazing owner. The place is very clean and perfect for visits to see our daughter. We will for sure be staying again.

Hi, we live in Southaven and love sharing our 2nd home in Oxford with others.

This home was purchased in 1994 when my husband was in Pharmacy school at Ole Miss. Many years later, we did a complete gut on the house but did our best to keep the integrity of the home that was built in 1964.

Our daughter is a freshman this year (24/25) and is having the time of her life!

Why they chose this property

This is a family home that was built in 1964, purchased by my FIL in 1994 and was completely gutted in 2021! We kept the gorgeous oak floors and most of the brick, everything else, and I mean, EVERYTHING else is brand new! We hope that you will enjoy our family home as much as we do.

Located in an established neighborhood off S Lamar, less than .08 to the square with an open kitchen and entertaining area.

Enjoy the back yard fire pit (fire wood included), corn hole boards, outdoor speakers, ping pong table (that can convert to an air hockey table) and a record player with an assortment of records.

What makes this property unique

Fun house for the family to watch games and hang out, private back yard with fire pit. ! Lots of TV's, Indoor and Outdoor speakers, Ping Pong, Air Hockey, Record Player, Corn Hole Boards and more!

The house is close to everything, minutes from the square or stadium when driving. In an easy location for an Uber or Lyft to pick you up and get you to your destination without having to deal with parking. .05 to Rowan Oak, .08 to square and about 2 miles to Vaught.
