Magnolia Cottage has 3 BRs and 3.5 baths and boasts one of the best front porches in Oxford! With plenty of private parking space, a rear screened in porch, and just under 3,000 feet of living space, you will be very comfortable during your stay in Oxford.

Great Oxford getaway!

Magnolia Cottage was a fantastic place to stay for several reasons: The house is clean and beautiful. The location is perfect. You can walk to a group of restaurants (Volta, good day, Big Bad Breakfast, Jinsei), take the bike path and walk to campus or walk down Lamar to the square. I would highly recommend this house to anyone coming to enjoy all aspects of Oxford and Ole Miss.

Ole Miss Move In

Magnolia Cottage was the perfect place for our stay to move our freshman daughter to Ole Miss. The house is very well appointed and every detail is thought out. The front porch is magnificent. Truly a wonderful stay, location and home.

Our favorite VRBO!

Perfect Southern Charm

We had the most lovely time at Magnolia Cottage! We had 3 generations staying at the house and it was great for all of the family attending our daughter’s graduation from Ole Miss. None of the grandparents had been to Oxford before so this house was the perfect compliment to how we feel about Oxford and Ole Miss - they all loved it as did we! Magnolia Cottage--Perfect

My wife and I stayed at Magnolia Cottage with our son and his two daughters. The place was perfect for us. Beautifully furnished and decorated, every room was spacious, very clean, and very livable. Our granddaughters loved their bedroom with twin beds; our son's and our bedrooms, one on the second floor, the other on the first, were perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, but conveniently located near the Square and other places in Oxford. Stephanie was thoughtful and had thought of many things (for example, coffee) that we were happy were there when we arrived. We look forward to returning to Magnolia Cottage next time our travels take us to Oxford.

Southern Elegance, Hospitality and Charm!

We have a large family and find that it’s easier and more comfortable to stay in a home when traveling instead of a hotel. This was hands down one of the best experiences we’ve ever had! The home is absolutely stunning, and it’s close to everything! It was clean, well stocked and spacious. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of room. The open concept allowed us to cook, play games at the table and watch games on the TV! Stephanie was extremely friendly, helpful and made check in a breeze. Make sure you enjoy a cup of coffee and glass of wine on the front porch. You won’t want to leave. We will be back!

Price Street has it all!!! Walk to Midtown, to the Square and to campus all in 10-15 minutes! It’s the place to be in Oxford!

Great Location! Close to the square and Ole Miss campus. Beautiful front porch with custom built swing bed and one of the largest magnolias in Oxford!
