Jolie maison bien aménagée et décorée dans laquelle on se sent bien.La cuisine est très agréable est à tout le nécessaire si l'on veut cuisiner. Dispose d'une jolie petite terrasse intérieure sans vis à vis, parfait pour les repas et se reposer. Bien situé, très proche de la plage à pied et à 1km 200 du centre ville. Il est très facile de se déplacer à pied ou en vélo, en empruntant le chemin en bois longeant le bord de mer.Petit bémol, au sujet de l'emplacement pour la voiture, assez difficile d'accès de part la rue très étroite et le sol accidenté au niveau du portail.Petite suggestion; au vu des épisodes de canicule: des ventilateurs de plafond ou éventuellement une climatisation serait bien appréciable .

Merci beaucoup pour votre retour. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié notre maison. Le stationnement dans notre cour demande effectivement un peu d'attention et n'est pas possible pour des grosses voitures , il peut être préférable de stationner aux alentours (gratuit dans les rues au dessus) Pour l'instant nous n'avons pas prévu d'installer la climatisation car les périodes d'une telle canicule sont plutôt rares sur Arcachon mais si ces températures se reproduisent régulièrement il faudra effectivement que nous y pensions. Au plaisir de vous accueillir de nouveau à Arcachon pour un prochain séjour.

Magnifique petite maison, très bien située pour rayonner rapidement sur tout le sud du bassin, si besoin en vélo (de la dune du Pilat à Biganos). Très fonctionnelle. Tout est pensé pour ne manquer de rien !
