Stayed here with my Wife and two Children. Lovely accommodation a short walk from the old centre of Menton with an amazing Harbour view. Ideally situated next to a small train station (no noise issues) for local day trips. Accommodation was clean and fully functional. Parking available in a secure garage to the rear of the property.

This is a loverly property with very good access to public transport and only a 25 minutes walk along the promenade into the old town.Don't let the lack of air conditioning put you off, the rooms are well ventilated with good ceiling fans.Could not ask for more.

Property felt welcoming & homely. Right by Garavan station (2nd bedroom heard trains early am) but was not a major issue. Great sitting with balcony door open watching the boats & sea each morning. Comfortable stroll into Menton & restaurants etc although restaurants close by v good too.Could do with ceiling fan or wall mounted fan in 2nd bedroom as a/c unit and floor fan provided made using bedroom impossible as not enough room to get around the bed. Beds & pillows v comfy. Linens & towels great.Tastefully decorated to match the art deco building - although the wicker sofa was v uncomfortable. There were no instructions where to put the rubbish and we were politely told where by one of the building’s occupants, so maybe a guidance note / welcome leaflet for future guests (unless it was already there & we missed it? ) Minor issue with contacting host leading up to our stay, but once they explained why, contact was great & they text us into v late evening checking we were ok as our train cancelled, Overall, our stay was amazing & we wouldn’t hesitate in returning to this little gem of an apartment.

Staying in Menton

This is a beautiful area and easy to get to any place on the Riviera. This lovely building was once a Grand Hotel. It is directly on the harbor with stunning views and many restaurants. The apartment is very nice, clean and well equipped. We kept our car parked on the street in front and did not use the garage.

Magical place in Menton

This apartment was stunning close to the water and train station. Owner was gave great instructions on getting there and getting into the apartment.The apartment was everything you could ask for, kitchen, living room, bedrooms and bathrooms clean and well taken care of. The vibe was luxurious. Thanks for making our trip so memorable. We definitely will return to Menton.

Excellent

Great communication, short walk to train, locked individual garage for your car. As you see in the photos this is a smart comfortable apartment with wonderful views. Short walk from the supermarket as well. Historic, secure, well maintained building with a proper lift. We had perfect weather, but I do wonder about if there air conditioning should it get hot.

Location, location, location

What a great location. Less than a 100 meters from a small train station, overlooking the harbour, short walk to the grocery store and many great restaurants. Lots of room for our family of 4, and the extra full bathroom was a bonus. Very clean and well stocked. Great communication leading up to the booking and during our stay. No air conditioning but keeping the shutters closed during the heat of the day helped a lot. Would recommend to anyone.

As practical as it is beautiful

beautiful view over both the harbor on one side, and the city and mountains in the background on the other. But very practical as well. One block from the Garavan station, two blocks to the supermarket, less than a block to a bus stop - the bus network is extensive - less than ten minutes to the start of the old town, and the beach and boardwalk start at the supermarket and extend all along the water front.
