Best sunset view on the bay in Brigantine

This second floor property has a great view of the Bay and is only minutes away from Atlantic City and the beach! Enjoy the gorgeous sunsets from the back deck where there is a gas fireplace or the sunrise from the front deck. Yes, even though this is a second floor unit you have access to the boat dock, grass area downstairs and there is plenty of parking. You can see water from almost every window in the house! The unit has everything you may need for your stay including sheets, bath/beach towels and washer and dryer! Each bedroom has their own TV and complimentary WiFi for the entire house.

The Brigantine Paddle Club is only a few houses away from us and they have tons of paddle boards and kayaks available for rent. Beach tags included with rental with a refundable deposit.

We decided to take a trip to the shore with our family from multiple states. There were 8 of us. This property had a ton of space and we were very comfortable. There was also so many fun things for our small children to play with. They enjoyed their “treasure hunt” to see what goodies they could find. Our host even let us know where we could find some toys to bring to the beach with us. They also had a blast with the arcade machine, which was an unexpected surprise. Any concerns or questions we had were replied to with kindness. There was some outdated information on the property guide but when we asked about it we were given thorough explanations and alternate options.Of course the property had stunning views. We spent every evening watching the gorgeous sunset. There were so many birds and bunnies to spot! My husband and son also enjoyed a little fishing off the dock. We would definitely return to this property!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and the highlight of this property was undoubtedly the breathtaking sunset views from the sunroom overlooking the bay and dock. Those views made for a beautiful and relaxing end to each day.That said, there were several issues that I believe should be addressed to improve future guests' experiences.The biggest concern was the security of the main entrance to the unit. The door at the top of the stairs has the lock on the outside rather than the inside, which created a safety concern for our family. Since the children's bedroom is located immediately next to this entrance, my son-in-law chose to sleep in that room with the kids so they would feel secure. I would strongly recommend either relocating the children's bedroom to the main hallway with the other bedrooms or changing the door lock so it functions from the inside as expected.We also found that the home had not been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. There were cookie crumbs on the living room floor, part of a cookie underneath the couch, and the kitchen was not cleaned to the standard we expected.Another challenge was the temperature in the main living areas. The kitchen, dining room, sunroom, and living room became extremely warm due to the large number of windows. Although there was a portable air conditioner connected to a window, it struggled to keep those areas comfortable during the day.Additionally, one set of the sliding glass doors could not be opened because it was not f

Great Stay!!

Communication was excellent, the owners were only a text away and were very responsive. There were plenty of blankets and pillows and a fully stocked kitchen making us feel right at home. We enjoyed some board games and it was great to have tvs in every room. It was a 10 minute drive to the trop for the cheer competition we were in town for and was so much better than staying in a smoky casino. Would definitely stay again!
