Come recharge your batteries and enjoy the peace and quiet of this chalet, just a 5-minute drive from the beaches of La Palmyre and the Côte Sauvage.
All of these beaches are also accessible by bike via the many nearby bike paths.
The house is located on a very quiet cul-de-sac.
It’s a 5-minute walk from the town centre, where you’ll find a bakery, butcher shop, market… and just 50 metres from a supermarket.

You’ll have access to a lovely landscaped garden with a large terrace surrounded by greenery (bamboo, lemon trees, palm trees…). . Part of the terrace is covered, allowing you to choose between shade and sun.
To relax, you’ll just have to choose between the lounge chairs and the hammock ;).

You’ll have the opportunity to play darts or even the Vendée game of palet.

A barbecue and a plancha are available for your use.

As for the interior of the house, it’s fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, etc.).
