- Living room with lounge area (TV, sofas, armchairs) leading to the south-facing terrace (garden furniture, electric sunshade), extended by the enclosed garden
- Open-plan and fully equipped kitchen (4-ring ceramic stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer) with dining area (table and chairs), giving access to the south-facing terrace and a second large west-facing terrace
- Bathroom with washing machine
- WC with washbasin

On the first floor:
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm, duvets) and storage
- 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (90cm, duvets) and storage
