Agen hyper center - Gîte 60m² with swimming pool - sleeps 4

We are putting our 60 m² cottage up for seasonal rental, on the first floor of our mansion.

Located in the historic city center, 5 minutes walk from the Canal du Midi, the train station and a stone's throw from the pedestrian streets, shops, restaurants, ice cream parlours...
But also 5 minutes by bike/car from the canal bridge, the Armandie stadium and 10 minutes by bike/car from the Waligator (formerly Walibi) and Aqualand parks.
You are 20 minutes from the castle of Henri IV in Nérac and the Gers, 1h30 from Bordeaux, 1h20 from Toulouse and 1h30 from the sites of the Perigord and the Lot with St Cirq Lapopie, etc.

Composition of our gîte:

- Main room:

- Living room with 3-seater sofa convertible into a double bed, library area, TV, Bluetooth stereo...

- Dining room with open kitchen: dishwasher, fridge with freezer, SENSEO coffee machine, kettle, toaster...

For more comfort we provide you with SENSEO coffee pods, tea, sugar, salt, oil, vinegar, dishwasher tablets...

- The bedroom:

- A large bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. The whole is new.

- For your comfort, we provide linen and towels, as well as shower gel, shampoo and a hair dryer.

- A baby cot is also available.

- Swimming pool and garden:

- We make available in high season (May 1st to September 30th), our heated swimming pool of 7 meters long and a depth of 1.20m to 1.40m. The pool is shared only with us, the owners.

- In our garden, a space is reserved for you, with a garden table and wrought iron chairs for sunny days.

Additional information:

- 2 bicycles are available free of charge.
- Wifi, water, electricity and heating are included in the rental.
- The rental is provided for a maximum of 4 people and a baby.
- Small pets are allowed. To be declared at the time of booking.
- Check-in is from 5pm and check-out is before 10am.
