Incredibly convenient location ready for your family and friends to enjoy. This home has been completely renovated in 2021 and is ready for years of enjoyment. Perfect for a trip to the Western & Southern Tennis Tournament, Kings Island, Land of Illusion and other great attractions. Top Golf, Main Event, shopping and restaurants are all just mere minutes away.



Welcome to this family friendly home in a quiet neighborhood! There is a playground in walking distance to enjoy during the warmer months!



Upstairs in this home you are greeted by a comfortable living room space, dining for 6 people, and a full equipped kitchen. Off the kitchen is the back patio entrance which has bench seating a nice view. Leading to the bedrooms is a hallway closet and full bathroom with both a shower and a tub.



The bedrooms upstairs include a king master suite with attached full bathroom (shower). a queen size bedroom, and a smaller bedroom with twin bunkbeds. Both the master and queen bedroom feature a ROKU TV and ceiling fans.



Downstairs has a large bedroom in which you relax on the couches and loveseat while watching the ROKU TV. This bedroom has a king bed and half bath.



PLEASE NOTE: In order for this home to sleep ten, this would mean utilizing the two couches in the home.



The laundry room is also located downstairs along with the garage entrance.



No keys to lose or worry about. This home is equipped with the August Lock system. This requires guest downloading the August Home app to their smartphone.

If you don`t have your own vehicle you would have to use Uber or Lyft to get around town.



This is a quiet, family friend neighborhood. In order to sleep ten, we did take into consideration sleeping on both of the couches.

Top notch home

The home was actually a little nicer than the photos. Located in a nice family neighborhood. Super clean...and we are picky. Very nice and high quality furnishings (towels, bedding, furniture, appliances, etc.). The sleeping setup with a bed and bath and couch in basement made it nice for two family groups. Location to Spooky Nook Hamilton was an easy drive.

Good location and management

The owner had our checkin information to us as well as all necessary instructions very promptly. Everything was seamless. The house is in a nice location and was clean and well laid out. The owner had supplied everything that we needed. The only issues we ran into were 1) the AC ran non-stop and could not keep up with the summer heat so the upstairs stayed several degrees above the thermostat setting during the day and 2) the hot water ran out very quickly so we had to space out showers.

David, thank you for your feedback. We have since replaced the freon in the air conditioner, so thank you for calling that to our attention. Yes, when multiple are showering right after the other it's tough to keep all that hot water going. We really appreciate you staying with us and hope you keep us in mind in the future!

Wonderful support for reunion

Our stay at Lacinda’s was perfect. We rented this space for overflow. We were hosting a bunch of friends for a college reunion, and didn’t have space at our house, so some friends stayed here. It was clean, spacious, and laid out so that our various friends and their families could easily stay there. The sink in the primary bath got stopped up and did not get fixed for a day. Communication was easy and generally prompt.Only suggestion is that a few more larger pots and pans be available for cooking. It’s reasonable to expect that with all the space available, some cooking might take place. There were only a couple of very small pots and pans available.Check in and out was simple and clear.Overall, a very good experience!

Broken Furnace in a blizzard

We were unlucky to be staying here during a blizzard with very cold outdoor temperatures. The furnace was not working properly, due to lack of maintenance and also an incorrectly installed thermostat. The management and crew worked very hard to keep us from freezing, so I give them credit for that. However, the entire situation was avoidable if the property had been properly looked after.

Glenn, yes you were unlucky. That was our first blizzard in awhile. I am not sure what the service rep told you, but we are pro-active in keeping our equipment serviced. In this case, the furnace is just old- but not old enough to warrant a new furnace. We are actually pro-active with many things including pest control, cleaning procedures, etc. Sorry you caught this property at a bad time and glad our staff was able to keep you from freezing. Thanks for your stay.
