About this property

Cozy home on peaceful street in College Hill. Trails, park & tennis steps away.

theLarch house is my 2nd residence & where I grew up, not a fulltime rental. It's a wonderful, cozy neighborhood, nestled in the heart of Cincinnati & happy to have you stay while I'm away. Please treat it like your own during your stay. Two Queen beds
NO SMOKING in house or on front porch. TY :).
If you elect a dog at booking, then we prefer your dog not to be left alone in the house.
We provide a dog cage (see photo) while you are away. * Cushions and blankets not provided as in photo.
We are on the same street as Llanfair Retirement home, and College Hill Park.
This home is surrounded by amenities...coffee shop, restaurants, bakery, brewery, wine bar and more. public transportation (bus) is only a block away, providing access to downtown, University of Cincinnati, Over-the Rhine and Downtown Museums, Sports & The Arts Venues.

Long term rescue

Very comfortable, lots of amenities. Owner thought of many nice touches. Really enjoyed the sun room. The kitchen made cooking a delight. Neighbors were friendly and helpful.

We were visiting our daughter and son in law in the area with our dog and their house was full with our other daughter and all their dogs. the location was great. The house was spotless. John accommodated us by allowing our large dog to come with us. We were able to find a dog day care in the area so when we were out and about we didn’t worry about anything.

We chose this same house for a second stay in the area...not much more to say than that. House is clean, exactly what we expected, and John our host is absolutely fantastic. The house is on a quiet street and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Definitely a cozy home and will book again if we are in the area.

Very cute layout and very functional for stays! We appreciated the coziness of the home with plenty of pillows, towels, and necessities everywhere. It is an old home with tons of character, but the updates (and blackout curtains) were SO appreciated. Water heater accommodated 4 showers within an hour. 15-20 min to just about anything. Street parking was widely available. Host was very communicative and kind to answer any and all questions.

Greatest Host on Vrbo

Cannot not say enough about John, our host. The house is exactly what was listed and expected. It was clean, functional, well maintained. John was phenomenal with communication, answering questions, keeping us informed. Neighborhood was quiet, felt safe. Whenever we need to be in the area, we will always look for John's place first. He has earned our repeat business.

Great clean family friendly. Big park across the street

Great host. Communication was amazing. Family friendly. Spacious. Safe neighborhood. Would differently stay again. Our 1 days stayed into 14. And the host accommodated us. He didn’t force my family out. He even checked with me to make sure he didn’t book another guest if we needed more time. Couldn’t ask for a nicer host. Park across the street for the kids.

Clean, Quaint, Cozy

I was in town attending a wedding and this location was perfect! There are no hotels in the area and I was walking distance to my friends place and the food places in College Hill. The space was clean and cozy, with all I need in a home, there were some games in the dining room but I was not with a large enough group. Makeup wipes and a nice full length mirror so I could check my outfit! Closets with hangers, and TVs for entertainment. When I visit my friends again, I have no doubt I’ll be trying to book this same place!
