- RECEPTIONS, PARTIES, AND FESTIVE GATHERINGS ARE PROHIBITED
This is a residential area on the edge of a forest with nearby neighbors to be considerate of (please live peacefully and respect basic area rules).

- End-of-stay cleaning: optional fee of €130
We ask guests to keep the premises clean. Cleaning fees are not included in the booking quote to avoid imposing automatic charges on guests, particularly for short-term stays. You may therefore choose to clean the property yourself, leaving it in the same condition as when you arrived (cleaning supplies provided), OR notify us in advance if you wish to opt for a checkout cleaning service, which will be billed at €130 in cash upon your arrival at the property.

- Supplies:
Sheets, duvet covers, towels, bath mats, tea towels, hand towels, and tablecloths are provided.

- Maximum occupancy: 10 people.

Gatherings of more than 10 people are prohibited, day or night.

- Documents:
A rental agreement is drawn up between both parties. This agreement will be emailed to you a few days before your arrival.
A property inspection and an inventory of the furnishings will be
