Great little place to stay. We are a family of six and had just the right amount of space to use for a home base while going to National Parks. Our kids (even teenagers) enjoyed the separate loft space. The AC was excellent, everything was clean and in good working condition, and the management was easy to get ahold of, if needed. I’d stay again for sure!
We were Jeeping or hiking till sunset every day so we really just needed a place to clean up and sleep. This was a perfect place for our few days there. Would definitely stay again on another trip.
This is a cute little cabin 5 minutes from main street Moab. Easy access to everything in town plus Arches. Everything is clean, comfortable, and in proper working order. Would happily stay again.
My husband and I spent our birthdays in Moab and Edge of the Desert is our go-to location. This is our third stay and we are always impressed with our tiny home. We 100% recommend staying here if your travels take you to Moab :)
Absolutely loved this home. Great location. Affordable. Super clean. Loved the front porch. Quiet.
The only thing that could be better … the bed pillows. Those ‘MyPillow’ pillows are simply unsleepable!
We loved our stay at Edge of the Desert. We chose this cottage because it was close to both Canyonlands and Arches. Sharon was a perfect host: she left clear instructions both before and during our stay, helpful handouts inside and fresh cookies! She even came over to help us get the TV set up, with help from her son who was out of town. We had everything we needed and the cottage was clean and well equipped. We had a wonderful stay here and highly recommend it!

Cute
The loft area has very low ceilings. Not really good for adults to stay up there. Overall it was good for the two of us. Everything was clean.
We enjoyed our stay, the location was good, the house was comfortable, we had almost everything we needed. The towels and linens were VERY nice!
My only comment is that the listing was a little confusing, for me anyway, with the washer and dryer. I saw a washer/dryer in the listing, but - and this is on me - it was specified later in a description that it was actually a coin laundromat. It made me think that both were available. (I guess in case you needed to do a LOT of laundry).
We still really enjoyed our stay
My wife and I stayed in the bedroom and my brother slept in the loft. This fit our stay perfectly. The beds were comfortable though I was glad I brought my own pillow (the pillows provided were just sort of big and lumpy). The location was perfect (right off the main strip in Moab) and the home was very clean. The price was fine for what we were looking for. We were able to watch netflix on any one of three TV's, which was a nice perk. One thing I would mention is that the walls (and ceiling) are very thin. We could hear every sigh, hiccup, and snore from my brother in the loft right above us (so keep this in mind when it comes to romantic activities). That being said, we would not hesitate to use it again. BTW, the check-in was super easy and the treat they left us was very sweet with a personal note.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cozy cabin. It’s in a perfect location in relation to the park and Moab and is replete with little extras that made our stay so comfortable! We would definitely stay here again if we get to make it back!
We loved our time at the tiny house! The space was clean and inviting. It had everything we needed to cook meals at the house and plenty of space to hang out. We especially loved having the master bedroom to ourselves and the kids loved hanging out in the loft. It was located a little past the busy downtown but still so close to all of the national parks and delicious restaurants. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to families with young kids.
We spent 2 days in Moab as part of a college tour trip with our daughter. We generally prefer rentals vs hotels. This place was just what we needed after 20+ Jura in the car over 4 days and a hotel in 3 different cities. It’s so cute. It is a small space but that didn’t matter to us. It was a home base - and it was homey. Our daughter loved the loft - even not being able to stand up. We did not take advantage of the kitchen as we stayed very active. But they had all you might need. We also actually thought we had to cancel our trip as my husband’s grandma died, but after I cancelled the rental they ended up planning the funeral to accommodate our vacation. We were able to rebook easily and at no additional cost. They were very accommodating! Loved the cookies! We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!
The property was just what we needed for a few days in Moab. The property was clean and very conveniently located. I would book it again the next time we go to Moab.
We were in back row and newer unit. It was quiet and close to everything in Moab. I loved the location being at the end of Moab off the main road avoiding the busy main stretch. Upper loft only good for small children or someone that doesn’t mind crawling around but my 5 yr old loved it being her space. I’d rent here again for sure.
We found Edge of the Desert #6 to be a great little place for our 4 day stay in Moab. It is perfect for two people. The place was very clean, kitchen was adequately furnished, bed was comfortable. Location is perfect, quiet and off the beaten path making it easy to enter and exit from either direction of town and get to City Market without going through the very crowded Main Street. Yes, the upstairs has a very low ceiling but we had no need to be up there. Would highly recommend this for a couple.
Moab just seems to be expensive. Compared to other vacation rentals elsewhere, the value for price paid was just ok. There are a lot of similar rentals at this property. My first impression was negative, as we arrived at 11pm with the door code and came into a 90 degree hot place. After running the air conditioning for a while, it definitely was more comfortable. I liked the large kitchen with sufficient cookware and utensils. The bedroom was comfortable. We found other people’s hair in several places, so it was not cleaned as well as it should. We also did not have any bedding for the futon or sofa bed, which was a problem. I might stay again but I think I would look at other options first.
