Why they chose this property

Have no idea. My Dad and I built the building in 1987. I used it as an office. Now we use a small portion for our office. The police department just moved in upstairs.

What makes this property unique

Commercial property. Catering. Easy access to Uber right on Highway 5. Eye sight of the post office, the grocery store, a bar is next door, fruit stand is 500 feet away, and the burger stand is 500 feet too. Walking distance to Burger hut and Grocery store.
