Stay at this estate, located in the heart of Osage Beach. Spectacular lake views with 300’ of prime shoreline. This beautiful 9 bedroom(+1 Loft), 6.5 bathroom, 8000 sq. ft. home is a perfect setting for family fun filled vacations, church retreats, ladies groups, weddings, golf groups, or corporate retreats. The house sleeps as many as 48 in beds. The main level of the home is an inviting meeting area for the whole group with a fully equipped kitchen, seating for 48 for meals, a living room filled with comfortable leather furniture, all with spectacular big lake views. On the main level there are two large screen tv’s and gaming boards for your entertainment. On the outside of the main level of the home there is also a lake view deck, and lake view screened porch. On the main level you will also find 1 master bedroom and 3 guest bedrooms. The upper level of the home has a loft style bedroom, plus two master bedrooms with spectacular lake views, separate ensuite bathrooms, and a shared balcony. Over the three car attached garage you will find a huge lake view bunkroom with an ensuite full bathroom, crafts area, large screen tv, and video gaming station for the kids. On the lower level, there are two more bedrooms and a large adult play area featuring a wet bar with a large screen TV, a living room with a large screen TV, pool table, 14’ shuffleboard table, air hockey table, darts, and a large covered deck overlooking the lake. Down by the 300’ of private shoreline you will find a small swimming pool (no life guard), lakeside hot tub, Large patio with lounge chairs, 2 kayaks, paddle boards (no life jackets provided), and a huge Lily Pad or floating water mat . There is a two well dock and two PWC lifts, which can also accommodate two personal watercraft. Great lake location, with unequal views, calmer water within the no wake portion of the grand glaze. Two miles from the outlet stores by car, ½ mile to the state park by boat. Build your family and group memories at this spacious, family oriented, conveniently located, lakefront estate.

VRBO website states the cancellation policy to be more restrictive than the contract: The true policy stated in the contract is that owner will always refund you 100% if you cancel within 5 days of booking, and after this we will refund you as stated in the VRBO policy and in addition for those dates that are subsequently rebooked by another guest. This is the case even during the high season where the VRBO site says no refunds for cancellations.

This property was amazing. It was spacious, well equipped and had something for every age and lifestyle to do. The owners were very communicative regarding checking and checkout procedures. The location was great, convenient to stores etc but also quietly tucked away in a peaceful setting.

50th anniversary celebration

We had 32 people in our family from ages 71-1 and this house accommodated all 8 of our families. The location was great for boating and tubing in the coves, for bars, and anything we needed. The house was very well supplied with towels, bedding and kitchen necessities. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, water trampoline, boat dock, lily pad, and back porch deck. There was always plenty of seating for all of us!

CROMWELL FAMILY REUNION

We can't say enough good things about this property. It was absolutely the best. The lake is right out the back door with a dock we and were able to park 2 pontons. A lily pad next to the dock and a nice pool and hot tub. The inside was open and airy with enough sitting areas for a Hugh group and all the bedrooms were a good size. The kitchen was well stocked. Can you guess we had nothing bad to say and the managers were great. We would recommend this property to anyone with a large group. One if the best stays, we have had with VRBO.

Overall this house was perfect for us. We had a few issues having enough linens and cooking and serving utensils but it all worked out great. The owners of this home are FANTASTIC.. Prompt in returning your emails and phone calls. I also left some items at the property and it is being returned to me , so thankful. The house is stunning and has a great flow for 48 women. We went October 2018, the view of turning trees and the lake were so calming and simply beautiful. Highly Recommend this home for your family and gathering needs!

Terry was great as well as their property manager, location was easy as far as getting to the Osage beach restaurants etc. a little bit further from the "commercial area". The house on the inside was dusty, tons of cob webs and had dirty counter spaces, floors and bathrooms were OK. The patios were awesome but we did have to spend about 2 hours wiping down chairs and tables, sweeping (they were too dirty to have used otherwise). The outside patio seating by the dock was covered in spiders and completely not usable, the property manager was over within hours and had it taken care of. The pool area was dirty but the pool otherwise was okay, this is a very very small pool. The dock was great but there is not a ladder to climb up, you have to swim to the side, super rocky and the stairs are slick, be careful.

Family Vacation

The large open air porch of this lovely home offered beautiful views of a quiet area of the lake. Much time was spent in the pool, hot tub and on the water trampoline. The interior rooms of this home were fabulous with large bedrooms and well placed bathrooms. Several rooms had large areas for aero beds if needed. The pool table and game room tables were challenging and fun for all. Food preparation was easy in the large kitchen. Three refrigerators were definitely appreciated and well placed. We had so many places to sit down and enjoy our meals together and play games. There were two rooms with comfortable leather sectionals, ottomans and large TV’s. Several of the young adults slept in the huge double bed bunk room with bathroom and Play Station. Stores were only minutes away if needed…also interesting shopping areas and restaurants. A big thank you to Property Manager Rachel who was just a call away for any questions or concerns! OH WHAT FUN WE HAD‼️

Thanksgiving Week

Overall, I would say this house needs attention and upkeep. The main refrigerator leaks(as stated in another review) and it seems to have been leaking for some time because the wood wall next to it is pretty rotten. The hot tub did not work. We were told this came to the attention of the homeowners/managers just days before our arrival but was never told to us. With renting this home during Thanksgiving, having a hot tub was a big perk that people were looking forward to. The TV situation was a challenge with some of the TV’s not working and internet going out. The loft area that is advertised as a sleeping option for 6 is a bit unrealistic because it is out in the open and right above the living area and kitchen. If everyone gets up early, this probably isn’t a concern but if you have a mix of older and younger people, as we did, sleeping in that space was not ideal. Another washer/dryer would be nice since the house sleeps so many. We made it work but I think the house is probably a better option for a summer rental. It is a scenic area, right on the lake. The screened in porch areas would be nice. It is convenient to any store you would need. Lots of seating in the house. The owners/ managers could benefit from a backup contact for renters to connect with during their stay. They had a family situation come up during the week of Thanksgiving so we did not want to bother them, but also had no one to reach out to when we had questions or needed some help.

Great property! Spacious, well stocked kitchen, and special little extras that we all appreciated. The house is in a great location. Close to bars and restaurants on and off the lake. The pool, hottub and dock are great. Most of us attended the Shootout but for the few who stayed back watched it off the back deck!

Hosts are great and very responsive. House was large and spacious and comfortably fit our family of 35. Right on the water with a dock. The water area is not in a no wake zone so water gets a little choppy.Beds are comfortable. Sufficient bath towels. House AC worked great. Enough hot water for everyone’s shower, water pressure suffered a little if multiple were showering.Large dining area is a little bit dim at night.Water trampoline was broken so we couldn’t use it. The kids were bummed about that.It was a really good experience and would recommend the house for large family reunions.

Family Reunion

There were 26 of us in total celebrating our respective mother's 75th and 80th birthdays. There was plenty of space for everyone and privacy allowed for all. The property was conveniently located with plenty of activities for all.

Generational Get Together

While we loved the outside of the property, we had a few complaints about the inside. The deck furniture had spider webs on the deckchairs, and the inside of the house was stuffy and needed airing out. We open the windows to air out the house and the windowsills were cruddy. We would have also appreciated chairs in the bedrooms. This was a generational get together and it would have been nice to have a handicapped bathroom.

Lovely Lake House

The place is in desperate need of a deep clean and updating. The sliding glass door in the basement is missing the lock and handle with creates a safety issue.
