Windward by the Marsh, St Simons Island Charm

We offer a gorgeous, spacious  three bedroom, three bath residence located at Windward Point in Sea Palms, to you and your family. Please come and see our place.



The welcoming foyer opens to spacious kitchen, dining and living area leading to a covered balcony with views of the marsh and gated pool area. A split bedroom plan allows for privacy and master bedroom offers great marsh views.



There are nine-foot ceilings as well as upgraded laminate and tile floors throughout.

Windward Point places you just steps away from the Sea Palms Restaurant and a beautiful 18-hole marsh view golf course. 



You'll enjoy gorgeous sunrises and marvelous eastern marsh views looking toward Sea Island. This location is very private and quiet.

Spacious condo with a beautiful preserve view from the private balcony. Centrally located on the island was a plus for us. The golf course restaurant on the grounds was a plus too. Our host was very responsive to our questions. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful Property

The condo was in excellent condition with a great kitchen where we prepared a number of meals. The back patio is overlooking the marsh and I got a few great pictures of the sunrise from our back window. I would rent this property again on our next visit.

We were extremely surprised at the quality and location of our property compared to others we've stayed at with higher rates. Every room was clean and comfortable with more amenities than expected. The entire family regrets only booking for 4 nights and agreed we will return again soon!

Peaceful Marsh Setting

It is always a joy to stay in this beautifully appointed condo with gorgeous marsh views and lovely amenities. The Horns, our hosts are always attentive to our needs and you cannot beat the mid-island location. I always check 107 Windward Point for availability first when visiting the Island!

Beautiful Marsh Views and Unit

My family loves this area and this property provided beautiful marsh views and all 3 bedrooms had their own bathroom! We loved how it was decorated and how clean it was, including the glass table on the balcony. Kevin & Caroline are great at communication and all the welcome amenities made us feel very welcomed. What a blessing and we hope to return again🤗

This is a Golfer Dream. Walk across the street to Sea Palms Golf course. The location of the property is private but yet close the all the beauty that St. Simons Island offers. Golf right out the front door. Privacy out the back door with unparalleled beauty of the marsh.
