A great house in a great location. Very family friendly and has several bedrooms that are further from the living areas if you need quiet spaces for toddlers/babies. There were more amenities than described (e.g. beach chairs, a beach wagon) that were super helpful! This is definitely a family's vacation house and you can tell. There are some areas that could use updating but overall for the price, location, and size of the home it is hard to beat this one!

Very small and not well placed television sets. Exit and entry to driveways somewhat dangerous as shrubs and trees block views of oncoming traffic.. Should be addressed before a serious accident occurs. Great location and layout. Lots of room and well appointed. Does need painting and touch up on exterior.

We enjoyed our stay on Sea Island. The house was fine-very dated, but clean and comfortable. It was disappointing to find no toilet paper in several bathrooms, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and half used toiletries (including medication) in the bathrooms. It did not feel like a property that was properly prepared as a Vrbo. That being said, the price for the location and quality of house was fair. Just don’t expect Sea Island level accommodations.

We had a wonderful trip with our group of friends! We absolutely loved the house—it’s a beautiful, clean space with plenty of room for a relaxing weekend with family or friends. It was incredibly well-stocked with all the dishes and appliances we needed. The location is perfect: about a mile from The Cloister and just a few steps away from the beach. It gave us exactly the privacy, calm, and relaxation we were looking for.Our host, Debi, was a fantastic communicator and incredibly helpful in coordinating our island and parking passes.One quick tip for those unfamiliar with the area: If you register for passes, make sure to pick them up at the membership office before you enter the island.We would absolutely come back and are already looking forward to our next stay!

House is perfect for families and in a great location - literally steps from the beach and a short walk to the Cloister. Host was wonderful and extremely responsive. The bathrooms and kitchen are very dated and, more important, needed to be cleaned better.

Great location and lovely home. You can tell it is taken care of by a loving family. Close to the beach and it’s really easy for kids to ride their bikes up and down the main drive off of the driveway.
