What an amazing vacation home.

This property was great for our group. Very clean, plenty of space and sitting areas, easy check-in and check-out. We greatly enjoyed the pool, slide, and hot tub. Convenient location as we could walk to the downtown and we weren't far from the 202.

Incredible Place. Would definitely do it again.

Had a couple of groups for a guys golf trip. The place was spectacular and in a fantastic location. Very safe neighborhood with tons of amenities. The host was quick to respond and helped us with a couple of things we couldn’t locate in real time. If you’re trying to play the course behind the house, I’d look elsewhere as there are hundreds of fantastic golf courses nearby. Highly recommend for anyone considering. Fantastic.

Lovely property

The house was perfect for a reunion with friends that included young kids. There was enough space for everyone, the kitchen was well stocked and the theater room was awesome. We also appreciated how many en suite bathrooms there were. Kids absolutely loved the heated pool and slide. There were even pool toys, floaties, beach towels, arcade game, and children books. Communication with the host was easy and prompt. We would stay here again!

OUSTANDING PROPERTY AND PROPERTY MANAGER!

We could not have been more impressed with the property manager, Andrea. She went out of her way to ensure we had a great visit, including making some recommedations on where to eat (La Ristra was excellent). The house is huge and very tastefully decorated. The pool and backyard are the best part. Easy to use hot tub and the water slide was a bonus we didnt realize until we checked in. Overall, I give the property a 9.5 out of 10. Hope to visit again soon!

Family wedding

We booked this house for out of town family members attending our daughter’s wedding. We had people traveling from all over the country and this house was large enough to provide a nice gathering place for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with all variety of utensils for cooking. The game room provided hours of entertainment. The checkin process was easy. The hosts were readily available to answer questions and provide solutions to anything that came up. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Stunning property!

A gorgeous mansion, in a quiet location, with everything we could hope or ask for. So many spaces that we didn’t get to utilize them all in the 3 nights we stayed there. Every space was amazing, enormous, and beautiful. Kitchen and showers were incredible and a backyard to accommodate your every need. Extremely clean and had all of the amenities we needed for coming from out of town. One caveat: if you have a large group with multiple vehicles, there are only 3 garage spots for parking, with no street or driveway parking allowed (subject to fines, likely due to HOA rules). The host did provide a map with various street and garage offsite parking (~ .5 miles away). However, I absolutely cannot recommend the offsite parking, as one of our party had their car broken into in the garage, where they literally pried the key cylinder out of the door with a screwdriver to get into the vehicle, resulting in expense and hassle. Just plan accordingly. We tried, but had people coming from multiple locations and had no way around having 5 cars. Otherwise, a very beautiful home for a group of 8 ladies for a long weekend get-together!

We had a friends weekend at the house and it was exactly as pictured! The backyard area was perfect for swimming and the BBQ area was great! It was perfect walking distance to restaurants and bars. Perfect Golf Trip House

We had 8 guys stay here on a golf trip. Andrea was excellent to work with. Pool and hot tub were awesome after playing golf all day. Professional appliances in the kitchen were fantastic we did not really plan on eating at the house but ended up cooking 2 meals, everything we needed was easily found in the house. Could not imagine a better place to stay.

Amazing home

We had a very enjoyable time in this home. The owner was very attentive to all our needs even overnighting a scale that my son asked about(who weighs themselves on vacation?). The home is huge and the new owner is updating it now. I’m sure it will be even better The next time we visit! The master suite is on the first floor with three steps up to enter. Very quiet wing. Beautiful pool and spa! The boys loved watching football outside on thanksgiving. Kitchen had more cooking supplies than any home I have ever rented. We truly had a wonderful time! Thank you!

Large Family Gathering

The mansion is older but very beautiful and comfortable. Andrea was very accessible and when contacted to resolve a few questions, she immediately responded. The pool didn’t actually come up to temperature until the morning we checked out, but the hot tub was thoroughly enjoyed. The bedroom on first floor was great for the patriarch and matriarch of our family except there was nowhere for them to hang clothes or shower (only 2 half baths on first floor - other than Master Suite). One bedroom upstairs has no direct access to a bathroom…the occupants had to go through another bedroom. Other than to attend one event at another venue, our whole family group stayed and completely enjoyed the house. Between table tennis, pool, board games, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and wonderful chef’s dream kitchen, there was no need to leave! EVERYONE wants to return!

When I went over to help with the pool issue, we found that one of your guests had inadvertently turned off the filter pump that pumps the hot water into the pool. I apologize for that inconvenience and I will post a note next to the pool control directing guests to leave the filter pump in the ON position to avoid any potential problems in the future. Great location but did not live up to premium price

We were so excited to stay here but were very disappointed in the state of the house. Cabinets were hanging off their hinges. There were spider webs on the pendant lights in the kitchen. The AC was not working for a majority of the house and we had to take time to fill up the hot tub because it was almost empty. The outside needs a good power washing as the door from the kitchen to the yard is surrounded in webs. This was also the case for the balcony. We had to ration the toilet paper, as many bathrooms did not have any. Everything was covered in dust and made us hesitant to touch more than we had to. Plus, the outdoor grill was completely disgusting and had old food/cheese stuck to the bar. This could have been a great stay but it unfortunately fell very flat and felt grimy, especially in this pandemic time. It was nice to play pool and foosball. The theater room was nice. It is a great area and close to local restaurants/bars. Andrea was prompt with communication and was accommodating.

Hello Kat, I'm sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay. Your communications to me during your stay were very complimentary, so I had no way of knowing that you were experiencing problems or have the ability to remedy them. My cleaners are trained in the enhanced cleaning techniques and I personally walked the property prior to your check-in and found it to be very clean. Extra toilet paper is available in each bathroom and the house manual directs guests to additional toilet paper kept in the laundry room cabinets. When you requested additional trash bags beyond the ten I provide, I allowed you access to the maid's pantry to retrieve them, so you could've found toilet paper there as well. I monitor the house thermostats remotely through my app and did not see any temperatures that appeared to be high or out of the normal range for that time of year. In the future, your vacation rental stays will be better and your hosts will also have a better experience if you make issues known at the time and allow the host to correct any issues you perceive. I wish you the best with VRBO going forward.
