Outdoors, relax on the large corner lot with a sparkling (non-heated) pool, south-facing covered patio, comfortable seating, dining area, and a BBQ grill—perfect for sunny Arizona cookouts. Parking is available for up to four vehicles (two in the driveway and two on the street).

Inside, the home welcomes you with bright, open living spaces. The front room features a large smart TV with cable and Netflix, while the game room is the ultimate hangout spot with a Foosball table, board games, and another smart TV. The primary bedroom and bunk room also include smart TVs for private movie nights.

The updated kitchen makes meal prep easy, complete with modern appliances and bar seating for four. Gather around the dining table with seating for six, or head out to one of the many nearby restaurants when you feel like dining out.
