The accommodation
On a plot of 500 m², the villa is organised on two levels and designed to fully enjoy the holidays, both inside and outside 🏡

On the ground floor:

a large bright living room of 50 m²
A modern kitchen of 20 m², open to the living room
a master suite of 20 m² with bed 160 × 200, dressing room and walk-in shower
Separate toilet
an air-conditioned games room of 12 m², with television, games and sofa bed 140 × 200
a pantry with washing machine, freezer and storage space

🌴 The exteriors

This is certainly where you will spend a large part of your stay! ☀️

You can enjoy a private swimming pool of 8x4m, fully secured, surrounded by a large exotic wood terrace of more than 100 m².

A covered terrace of 20 m² allows you to enjoy meals in the shade, with a table that can accommodate up to 8/10 people and a direct view of the swimming pool and the children's play areas.

Barbecue and trampoline complete the space to take full advantage of the sunny days. 🍹🏊‍♂️

🍽️ Equipment

The house has a fully equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.

You will also find washing machine, Wi-Fi, large screen TV and air conditioning.

Bed linen and towels are provided and beds are made on arrival. 🛏️

❤️ A weekend to disconnect or a real holiday:

Depending on the period, the villa is available by the week during the summer period (from Saturday to Saturday) as well as on certain weekends during the year from Friday to Sunday or Monday.

It is an opportunity to treat yourself to a few days in peace, to enjoy the house and its exteriors 🌴 while remaining in the immediate vicinity of Montpellier and the hinterland.

As the district is particularly peaceful, we want to preserve this environment: parties and parties are not allowed.

📍 Montarnaud & surroundings

Montarnaud allows you to enjoy the calm of the hinterland while remaining close to Montpellier and the Mediterranean.

Many sites are easily accessible: Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, Saint-Jean-de-Fos, the Devil's Bridge, the Pic Saint-Loup, the Clamouse Cave, as well as many family activities.

A few minutes walk from the house: Super U, bakeries, butcher, greengrocer, restaurants, pharmacy, but also children's park, tennis courts, bowling alley and pumptrack.
