The beautiful veranda offers a truly pleasant living space to enjoy the naturally ventilated warmth.

A two-minute walk from the sandy beach of La Truquette, a ten-minute walk from the beach of Pointe aux Chevaux, passing through the oyster farmers' village, with all the food shops near Piquey (Boulangerie Chez Paulin, Caterer, fishmonger, market gardener (Open from June until September).
The ocean is in a straight line 3.5 km away via the cycle path leading to the Océanes beaches.

This villa offers you 5 bedrooms and 1 bathroom: 3 bedrooms with a 140 cm bed; 2 children's bedrooms with 2 separate 90cm beds. All have storage.
