This beautiful property is currently being fully furnished and stocked for all of your housing or vacation needs.
Located at the end of a dead end road in a family friendly neighborhood, this listing won't be available long!
The whole house was just freshly updated and a new roof put on thanks to Hurricane Laura. We also have it located on the perfect lot which provides plenty of yard space for backyard barbeques!

Perfect Stay

Our project manager stayed there for a long term project in the area and it worked out perfectly. Communication with the owners was very easy and they responded quickly. Would recommend for anyone to book this house.

Plumbing problems

We traveled to La to attend a very important birthday party in Sat. We checked in late on May 27th . Was told in route that there had been some plumbing problems but they had been taken care of b!! This phone call was from Brandi . 337-842-2038. Unpacked around 11 started to get showers and use toilets , both bathrooms started backing up showers and toilets , we turned off toilets , washed up in sink and went to bed , early next morning called rep and she said she would get a plumber as soon as she could or she would find us another place, we were 8 min away from home where party was being. , so we told rep we would prefer they correct problem . We again washed up in sink and went to find a place to eat breakfast and go to the bathroom . At 11:15 Rep called and said a plumber was in the way, they arrived around 12:15? They worked for a long time and finally fixed the problem, in the meantime we had to again go to a gas station to use a bathroom! We did get dressed and arrived at party a little late , but they waited lunch ! I do expect to be reimbursed for this inconvenience!! The bathrooms should have been checked to make sure they were Realky working ! I took pictures of some other problems in the house if you would like to have them - )no toilet paper holders , no batteries in remote to tv, no hangers , top of tile pulled of a piece in master bath, large strips of hanging vinyl on back screen , door , trash in large container in garage had not been emptied and there were maggots in the can . I do expect to hear from you . We left the place Clean and followed check out instructions! Lou Pickens, also have pictures .

Sulphur stay

Great experience overall. House was clean but had a strong cleaner smell that running the ac and airing out helped. Beds were clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt like being in the country. Communication with the manager was very good with near instant replies. The only thing to keep from a 5 star was the appliances being outdated, sparse essentials stocked (eg:garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper) limited amounts of plates and utensils (about 4 place settings) and low quality cookware (we are a cooking family). Overall though, it was a very comfortable, quiet, and enjoyable place to base out of while staying in Sulphur and a great value.
