Cleanliness: Unfortunately, the unit needs a serious deep clean. Within 20 minutes of our baby crawling, her legs were BLACK. Floors/baseboards were filthy, tubs/showers had brown grime, and there were stains on walls and grime on the fridge. Under furniture was especially bad—sand, dirt, trash and toys from previous guests. It seemed surfaces were wiped down, but little was actually deep cleaned. We bought cleaner/disinfectant ourselves.Condo: Overall, the unit was as pictured and comfortable for our family of 6. Beautiful view, great A/C, washer/dryer and well-stocked kitchen, although every cabinet/drawer was so full we had nowhere for groceries. The primary toilet was leaking upon arrival, but the host responded quickly and sent someone to fix it. Communication and instructions were great!Ocean Reef: This was our biggest issue. A 23-story building had only TWO working elevators during our entire stay. Waits were awful, elevators were constantly full and had zero airflow. Getting anywhere with 3 kids and beach gear was exhausting. The HOA/staff were also unnecessarily rude. We were loudly scolded because our kids jumped into the pool (not diving/running), despite “no jumping” not being posted. We also witnessed garage staff yell and curse at multiple Uber drivers simply trying to drop guests off.The beach access, location and view were wonderful. We’d stay in this condo again if it were elsewhere, but unfortunately we will not return to Ocean Reef.
