Being on the largest 27 mile, world class beach. You'll never tire of looking over the turquoise water and quartz white sand. The building is centrally located near all sights and attractions in the area.

The condo offers a casual, yet elegant, upscale B&B feeling, with high quality furnishing, bedding and personal touches throughout. Master bedroom with king sized, double sided pillow top mattress with Egyptian cotton bedding, two nightstands, 32' HD TV, a huge dresser, and double sinked en-suite with marble finishings.

Perfect beach location

Perfect condo on the beach. Easy access to activities, shopppng and restaurants. Property and beach clean and well taken care of.

Comfortable accommodations, easy check in process. Bonus beach equipment provided made going to the beach very convenient. Dawn our host was a great communicator before and during our stay. We enjoyed our stay.

Short but great stay!

We were staying here when Hurrican Michael rolled in. Dawn was very easy to work with during this time! In the 2.5 days that we were actually there, we enjoyed every minute of it!!

Great place to stay

Pictures don't do this place justice. Balcony is longer Than looks in pictures, home was very nice and cozy. Dawn was great with helping out if needed.

Perfect Getaway

We loved our stay! The condo has direct access to the beach with rental chairs and umbrellas right in front of the condo. Although we didn’t utilize them, there are chairs, beach toys, an umbrella, and beach cart in the condo you can use. Owner was quick to respond and answer any questions I had. Highly recommend!

Was so very sorry when this happened. Had reimbursed for supplies and trouble but doesnt make up for disappointing arrival. My maid had been let go..and coming down this month to replace her and spend winter deep cleaning and getting better services.

Came for a getaway. Excellent location. Close to so many things too. Beds were comfortable and we needed for nothing. Beautiful view. Dawn was very responsive if we had questions. Staff at building is very nice and do a great job of assuring safety of property.

Dawn was easy to communicate with during our stay. Condo is in a great location of PCB!

Our family of 5 had a comfortable stay in Dawn’s condo. It has everything you need for a week of beach activity. The balcony is the best part of the condo. Unobstructed views! 15th floor is breathtaking. Great restaurants are close by and shopping is a short distance. Highly recommend.

Can’t wait to return!! Best condo ever!!

The view was great, well supplied with all we needed, and my kids loved the huge balcony. Dawn was just the best!! She was so kind and helpful throughout the process. She even emailed to check on us due to some bad weather we were having. The bed was super comfy!! We can’t wait to return!!

This town shuts down the ocean for the entire time we were in town. They have no lifeguard stations and when ocean is a little rough the double red flags come out. In case your not familiar with the flags, when there are double red flags hung the water is off limits. Now you would think they would let you at least stand at waters edge and let it roll over your feet. No they were patrolling the beach in numerous vehicles giving tickets to people. $500.00 fine! Never going back!

Rest and Relaxation

We have vacationed at several places up and down the coast. This was by far one of the best. The condo was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The balcony is big! Dawn answered all questions we had and was very easy to deal with. The beach and ocean was fabulous. We saw a couple of sharks, stingrays, and a turtle. The waves were so much fun to play in. The location is perfect because it is not on a busy part of the beach. Of course, we came right before the busy season. If I had to find one downside, it would be the beds. The mattresses were a little hard. But you can't possibly find a mattress that would suit everyone, so it was fine. That is not enough of a reason to keep us from staying here again. We would definitely visit again and hope to soon!

Why they chose this property

I love the Gulf of Mexico,having lived in Louisiana,I vacationed there alot and my goal was to own there.
I liked the heated indoor pool,as a swimmer that was a must.

What makes this property unique

I enjoy my private deck overlooking the Gulf, with the sounds of the waves all day long. Seeing dolphins,
sea rays and pelicans, having sun all day and amazing sunsets.
Inside the furniture and vintage fabrics add a feeling of home and comfort with classic Miami touches.
Pictures on the walls are wonderful photographs of places all over the world involving water.I love beaches and water in my holidays,a trained photography student I love to take pictures and share with my guest.
Adding a personal touch,unlike some condos with such generic décor, I strived to do some personal touches and a lot of shells in my condo. I try to bring the bright airy feeling on the beach into my condo.
