Good Location

The location was an easy walk to downtown for shopping and restaurants. The shuttle pickup for the ski lifts was close as well. Overall we had a good experience and we had plenty of room for two families of five.

Great location

We had 6 adults and 3 kids and it was perfect. Great location. The town left and Main Street are straight downhill 5 minutes . And any Deer valley bus stops right in front of the house. Fun place to stay!

Great condo

Great location for skiing. The shuttle for park city and deer valley is 100 ft down the street and a five minute walk to the town lift. The condo manager is very responsive. My only complaint is that the kitchen could be better stocked with cookware, but we still managed. I would definitely come back.

Not Maintained or Accurate Descriptions

Extremely disappointed. Our main concern was the lack of maintenance to the unit to the point of unsafe. Decking out to the hot tub had so much wood rot, we were not confident it we would not break through. Hot tub had broken/missing knobs including 3 of the 4 backrests. Plexiglass blocking a drop-off was broken. Small child could have fallen in area. Carpet filthy. There were several things we would have liked to have known beforehand and were not accurately portrayed in description. It is a very strange layout- literally one room on each level, therefore lots of stairs: living room- its own level, kitchen/dining- its own level, every single bedroom- its own level. Lower level bedroom with King bed- not even truly a bedroom as there is no closet and no lock on the door. No bathroom on this level, and it is very loud if people are walking above. Kitchen- not well stocked- utensils: 3 spoons and 3 butter knives Description said "balcony"- there is no balcony Description said "large living room with wet bar"- nope to both of these Main entrance appears in photos to be into living room. That is actually an adjoining door to townhouse next door- could hear conversations from next door. Definitely feel like adjoining door should be disclosed prior. Very tiny garage- average size sedan barely fit Never figured out the heating situation- hot or cold seemed to be only options Positives- location, comfortable beds Host was not responsive to any concerns during or after our stay

Great location and great communication with owner!

I would highly recommend this property for a group trip to Park City! Communication was great and owner was quick to respond to needs. Beds were comfy and place was a pleasure! Walking distance to town lift was amazing too!

Beautifully Refurbished Condo

Property was very clean and exactly as advertised. Loved having plenty of room for everyone to have their own bed!! It did take us a couple of nights to figure out the heating so that those on the upper floors did not burn up. Would have like for the kitchen to be stocked a bit better as far as cooking supplies(pots, pans, utensils) Overall would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone. Location was great, with an easy walk to downtown including the town lift for ski access.

Great Location!

House was convenient to Main Street Park City and Deer Valley Bus stop! Kitchen had everything needed for cooking! Hot tub was great after a long day of skiing. Owner provided high chair, pack-n-play, and baby swing! House is 3 stories high with 6 half stories, a challenge for containing toddlers. If you bring toddlers I would recommend bringing 2 gates so you can contain them on 1 floor, otherwise this was an awesome home for large family!
