The home was originally built in 1904 and is classified as a Park City Historical District Landmark Home. The house has been painstakingly restored to a beautiful, modern condition while still maintaining the charm of a turn-of-the-century miner's cottage.
The property boasts an authentic mission-style feel combined with modern conveniences such as a large hot tub, updated gourmet kitchen, digital TVs on each floor, WIFI and an office computer. While the house has a miner's cottage-style look on the outside, the inside contains a large, open living area covering three floors, including a main level with high ceilings perfect for relaxing and entertaining.
Start your day with a delicious coffee from our well-stocked kitchen or you can grab a quick espresso at a Main Street coffee shop a block away. After breakfast, walk 50 yards to Park City Mountain Resort's Old Town Ski Lift & Ticket Office or you can take a short 5 minute free shuttle from Main Street to Park City or Deer Valley ski resorts.
After enjoying Park City's legendary powder, ski back to our centrally-located home via Quittin' Time trail, and pamper yourself in our deluxe, 8 person, private Hot Tub while making dinner plans at any of Main Street's fabulous restaurants. You can also prepare your own dinner in the comfortable kitchen and relax beside the fireplace with a movie on our wide-screen TV.
Our Park Avenue home is the perfect vacation destination for those who want to be in the heart of Park City's Old Town Historic District while also enjoying modern amenities. These amenities include a large gourmet kitchen, stainless steel appliances, spacious open-floor dining/living room, high-ceilings, private rear patio with hot tub, private balcony, digital TVs with Roku, wireless Internet, computer/printer, washer/dryer, ski storage & more.
The home sleeps 8-10 people comfortably & can accommodate large families, although for optimal comfort we would recommend no more than 8 adults in the house. The downstairs master bedroom includes 1 king size bed, TV, & newly remodeled bathroom. There is an adjoining bedroom with a twin bunk bed (2 beds) located next to the master bedroom. A smaller bedroom on the main floor includes 1 twin day bed & 1 twin trundle bed underneath. The main floor guest bathroom includes a claw foot tub/shower and authentic pull-chain toilet. The upstairs bedroom is a roomy loft ideal for children with remodeled bathroom that includes a TV, 1 queen size bed, and 4 twin beds.

Can't get a better location to main st. Warm and great free parking outside the door. Great spa pool and short walk to town lift. Can almost ski to the house. Will be back.
Absolutely perfect house for our family, right in old town, walk to the town lift. Everything we needed including plenty of beds/ three full
baths/hot tub/ great kitchen. Both the property manager and the owner were quickly responsive to questions. Hope to return soon!
This is a historic home that has been restored with all of the modern conveniences we would want. The location backs up to the buildings on Main St so everything is in walking distance in the old town. The Town Lift is only a block and a half away. We were a family enjoying a ski Christmas and loved opening the presents Christmas morning in front of a cozy fire. Highly recommend and we will return.
Ski group of 8 college friends. The place was perfect for us. Large enough for everyone to hang out together. The deck beds were fine, but I don't think anyone would want to stay up there for more than a few days. The kitchen was really well appointed and the back deck and hot tub were excellent. Great shower pressure all around too! We'd love to come back.
The house was in a perfect location if you plan to be around Main Street. The hot tub was awesome! We had more than enough space for a family of 8. Property manager and owner communication was excellent and they were also accommodating.
The only negative things was the house was not up to par with cleaning. Bed sheets on most of the beds were dirty with alot of dust, bugs and dirt. Also trash in some rooms were left behind from prior renters.

The location --- you cannot ask for more, at the heart of everything, restaurants, shopping, ski rentals, lift...
The house--- clean and well taken care of...
Check in and out --- a breeze, friendly and professional
Reservation --- perfect
We had a great time. WE travel to ski and rest... hot tub is a must. We greatly enjoyed our six night stay at your property of 614 Park Ave. Everything in your charming historic home worked perfectly and it’s location in relation to downtown and the town ski lift couldn’t be better really. Being one block off of Main Street it was very private and quiet too. The kitchen was supplied with everything that we needed to cook many meals there. Your home will be our first choice in which to stay for our next trip to town. Thank you for helping to make our ski vacation amazing.
Peace!
First of all, Angela and Todd are wonderful hosts. The communication was top notch and they were extremely accommodating. I reached out to Angela prior to our stay inquiring if the home had a Christmas tree since we would be spending the holiday there and we had our small children with us. She almost immediately responded informing me that they had ordered a pre lit tree and ornaments that would be delivered days before our arrival for us to decorate!!
As for the home, it is a wonderful home and an amazing location. It is just blocks/walking distance from shops on Main St, Town Lift, the Transit Center, etc. The historical home is very well kept. Check in was a breeze and communication with the management company was easy. Park Ave is very well maintained during snow season and was adequately plowed/salted. Coming from south Louisiana, this was something that I was concerned with but was never a problem. Overall our stay was amazing and we highly recommend this home as well as Angel and Todd!
We did have one small issue that is no fault of the owners or management company and that was that some neighbors (presumably) decided to use our trash cans as 'community' cans and filled them with their trash leaving us with little to no room for our trash. Contacted management team but there wasn't much to do as the trash didn't run until Friday. Again, this didn't affect our stay but just something to be aware of! Angela and Todd, thanks for a great stay and magical family Christmas celebration!!
We stayed at Downtown Park City 1/01/2022-1/06/2022. We are a family of 8 with kids ranging in age from 18-25. I'll start with the good because it really helps to overlook the things we were not so happy with. The house is at the center of everything. You are a 4 minute walk to the town lift (for intermediate skiers) and minutes to restaurants, bars, etc. After a long day of skiing it was fabulous to not have to get in the car at night. With that said, there were some issue with the house. Although two of the bathrooms and the kitchen have been updated, the house is not "modern". The description boasts three full baths and while there are actually three full baths, the shower in the main floor bathroom is.....painful. My two boys ended up using the master bath because they said the water in the shower actually hurt. There is a washer and dryer in the house but the dryer doesn't work well. We had to run the dryer multiple times for anything to actually dry. Additionally, the TV's and the fire place were not in working order. To the properties defense, we didn't communicate any issues with the owner as we were there for five short days and didn't want to spend valuable time with minor inconveniences.
A few other things that should be pointed out....
The main floor has a very small bedroom with a daybed and pull out trundle. In order to get to the loft you must walk through the small bedroom.
The loft has a narrow and steep stairway. This wasn't an issue for us but should be pointed out. There is a fully updated bathroom in the loft.
The master bedroom is downstairs. It is a good size and has a small sitting area and a desk. The mattress is probably due for an upgrade.
Parking is an issue. We had to drive to the mountain everyday as we had a beginner skier in our group. As there is no driveway or garage you must park on the street. We had a large SUV and street parking was difficult. Maybe it was the time of year that we visited but two of the days we had to park a few streets down. The street is also one way so we had to circle a few times. After a full day at the mountain stressing about where we were going to park was just....annoying.
Ultimately, the true draw to this house is its location.

Thanks for your review, and we're glad that you enjoyed our home's central, Old Town location during your holiday week. It sounds like the record snowfall made snow removal pretty chaotic on Park Avenue during your stay. The availability of local Parking Passes are strictly limited to residents/guests of nearby houses, and we have rarely had an issue parking within a few feet of our house.
We have shared your other comments with John, our local Property Manager, who typically provides a personal walk-through of the Property with each guest upon arrival. Current safety protocols dictate that the check in process be handled remotely, and we specifically ask each of our guests to reach out to John or us immediately with any questions.
The TV remotes and fireplace remote are checked prior to each guests arrival, and were all verified to be in good working order both before and after your stay. Next time, if you have any questions or difficulties, please reach out to us or our Property Manager during your trip so we can address them ASAP. We are available at any time to help our guests have the best stay possible.
This is the second time we’ve stayed here. The place is always clean when we walk in and there’s plenty of space and beds for everyone to feel comfortable. The kitchen is really well stocked and the back deck is great to hang out on. The property manager is extremely responsive and we had a great time. Will be back!
A beautifully maintained house, two blocks (less than 2 min walk) from the town lift for close to ski in/ski out access and one block from the restaurants/bars on Main Street. What's not to like!
The location could not be beat 1 block from town lift and walking distance to everything in PC. large house with plenty of room and well stocked with everything needed to make you feel at home. We loved every minute of the stay in the house and this trip will be hard to beat:)
Stayed here for 2 nights for ski trip and it was the perfect place to enjoy Park City. Right next to all the Main Street restaurants and 2 minute walk to the town lift at Park City Mountain. Highly recommend this place. Has 9 beds!

About the host
Hosted by Angela & Todd
My husband and I live in Southern California, and have enjoyed repeated vacations to Park City over the past 10 years. We love the clean, healthy mountain environment and year-round activities. In 2010 we decided to purchase our dream vacation home in beautiful Old Town. We have 2 children - a 13 year old boy who loves to shred powder and a 16 year old daughter who likes to be the first person in the morning at the Town Lift. We welcome you to our home and wish you a memorable vacation.
Why they chose this property
Terrific Old Town location in an authentic, mission-style historical home. Steps to Town Lift and Main Street.
What makes this property unique
You will not find a better location than this house. It sits on the corner of Park Avenue and Heber Avenue (the road that splits Main Street). Main Street is literally out your back door, free shuttle bus stop is about 4 houses down, the Town Lift is a block away, and endless hiking, biking and skiing are out your front door. Upper Park Ave becomes one way down all winter which makes it a very quiet residential street in the heart of Old Town.
