Welcome to our charming 60 m² villa apartment (excluding bathroom/toilet). Tastefully decorated and sunny, it features an entryway, two spacious bedrooms (160 beds) with storage and a smart TV. It also features a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, dishwasher, induction cooktop, and dishes). There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sinks, and a separate toilet. A washer-dryer is available for your use.
This property is air-conditioned.
You can enjoy a pleasant outdoor area with an outdoor kitchen (wood-fired pizza oven, gas grill, water spigot, table, and seating), a green space, and patio furniture.
If you’re travelling with a baby, everything you need is provided.
A parking space is available on the property.
Unfortunately, the layout of the house does not allow us to adequately accommodate a person with a disability.

The setting is residential and quiet, just a 5-minute walk from city centre Vence, with all amenities nearby (bakery, pharmacy, supermarket).

The property had everything we needed. The garden was just perfect for warmer days and evenings. All our friends who visited were similarly impressed. The owners were very helpful and any questions immediately attended to. We wer very comfortable and hope to come back again.
