Located in one of the most beautiful hilltop villages in France, in the heart of a preserved natural environment, PEILLON is a fortified medieval village situated at an altitude of 376 m on a rocky outcrop, between Nice and Monaco.

The apartment is on one level and consists of a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a mezzanine bedroom (1.60 m ceiling height), a second sleeping area on the mezzanine (a loft-style space known as “the cabin” for children, with two 1-meter beds and a 1.60-meter ceiling height) above the bathroom.
The shower room with toilet opens onto a large terrace overlooking the olive trees and the village.

Shared parking at the bottom of the village; access to the house is located next to the shared car park.
Access to the apartment via a small staircase.

Historic monuments, hiking trails, rock climbing site, the “Train des Merveilles” in St. Thècle, and 2 restaurants.

Note: There is no supermarket or supermarket in the village, so be sure to stock up on what you need before heading up.

240 ZAE de la Bégude, 06340 Cantaron (15 min by car), as well as all the shops in Contes.
A small local market at the bottom of the village in Sainte-Tèchle every Sunday morning:
(20 min on foot, or 5 min by car).
